It is generally accepted that sandy beaches in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory are concentrated mainly on the coastline from Anapa to Taman. But there are also several more pieces of shore with sand. These are, for example, the city beach of Gelendzhik and the beach of the village of Plyakho, which are located in the Tuapse region. In addition to the beaches with yellow sand that we are accustomed to on the coasts of Thailand, there are also beaches with gray/brown sand, which looks more like small pebbles than sand. True, such sand is usually found in places, in stripes.

It is clear that you will not get the Maldives and bounty on the Black Sea, but it is possible to relax on the sandy beach. And I personally would go on vacation with children to sandy beaches, especially if the child is small and still crawling. The best sandy beaches of the Krasnodar region

The best beaches in the Krasnodar Territory can be considered the beaches that are located along the coast northwest of Anapa and to Vityazevo, in the Gelendzhik region, in the village of Plyakho, Tuapse region. The sand in this large area is predominantly yellow in color and there is a lot of it, and there are almost no stones and pebbles. In the Greater Sochi area, there are practically no such beaches, with the exception of a beach with artificial sand at the Imereti Beach Club.

Beaches of the Taman Peninsula, from Volna to Veselovka

On the Taman Peninsula, from the village of Volna and approximately to the mud lake near the village of Veselovka, several beaches can be distinguished. The area here is quite deserted, but there are recreation centers and children's camps near the sea, because here it is very convenient for swimming, with a smooth approach and good golden sand. True, in some places there may be a muddy bottom, the closer to Blagoveshchenskaya, the less frequent it is.

The surroundings of the village of Volna are very beautiful: from the high shore you can see the yellow sand strip stretching into the distance along the sea. This quiet place, with nature almost untouched by man, where the wind blows in the open air, is well suited for a “wild” holiday, including with children. The village has some infrastructure, you can find housing from private owners. There are also several recreation centers nearby where you can stay.

The village of Volna is very small and there are not many hotels that can be booked online here. The most comfortable one is probably a guest house. But the beach of the Volna village is not crowded, with light sand and a calm, shallow sea.

From the village of Volna to Veselovka there are kilometers of wild beaches, to which you have to go down to the sea from the high sandy shore from the road. In some places it goes around and collapses into the sea and the beach strip is not wide everywhere. Nevertheless, this area is popular among lovers of camping by the sea.

The village of Veselovka is not located on the seashore, but slightly inland. Near Veselovka there is a salt lake with healing mud, so one of the beaches is called At the Salt Lake, it has the necessary infrastructure: sun loungers, umbrellas, cabins, cafes, etc. The central beach of Veselovka is Yantar, it also has infrastructure for beach holidays, showers, a shop, a cafe, and a camping site with places for tents. The entry into the sea here is gentle, and the sand is fine and golden, but there is no natural shade at all. These two beaches, near Salt Lake and Central, are the most well-equipped and convenient for relaxation.

Further, towards Blagoveshchenskaya, on the Bugaz spit there are the beaches of Bugaz and Kiziltash, wild beaches. On Bugaz beach, the depth increases quite quickly when entering the sea. In this area there are kite and windsurfing schools and the beaches are popular primarily with those who practice these sports. The coastline here is wide, without vegetation, with fine and pleasant golden sand. There is some infrastructure and a cafe on the beach. But overall the area is deserted.


Beaches in the vicinity of Blagoveshchenskaya

The long and rather deserted sandy beaches of the Blagoveshchenskaya village are popular among those who like to relax with tents, kiters and surfers. But there are also large resort hotels here. This calm and quiet place is attractive for families with children. Entry into the water in this area is smooth and the depth is shallow, and the sea is cleaner than near the Kurp resorts. The beaches in the Blagoveshchenskaya area are wide, with yellow and fine quartz sand.

The beaches of the Bugaz Spit stretch towards the village of Volna from Veselovka. In general, it is a relatively busy tourist spot. But certain sections of the coast may be more or less sparsely populated. Part of the coastline is fenced off by hotels located next to the sea. Sun loungers on these “private” beaches are free for hotel guests.

Between Blagoveshchenskaya and Vityazevo, wild beaches first stretch in a long strip. There is good golden sand, untouched nature and almost no people.

The beaches from Vityazevo towards Blagoveshchenskaya are part of a protected natural area, the entrance to which is paid - 200 rubles per car. But here there is pleasant sand, not crowded, beautiful dunes and space.

Of the beaches with infrastructure, the closest to Blagoveshchenskaya is the beach of the Tortuga Island hotel - good and equipped, but not crowded. Central is the most famous and crowded beach in the Vityazevo area. It is open to everyone, so during the season there are a lot of vacationers. Located next to the central beach, it is convenient for a family holiday.


Near the Central Beach towards Dzhemete there are beaches of different hotels with approximately the same infrastructure. All of them have yellow sand, are well-maintained, have good tourist infrastructure, and are therefore crowded during the season.

Adjacent to the Central Beach of the Red Rose, Corona and Simona hotels, intended primarily for hotel guests. The beach has all the necessary amenities and infrastructure, a cafe.

The beach of the Lyudmila recreation center is also well-equipped, with sun loungers and umbrellas. Near it you can find a variety of attractions for children and adults.

Many hotels, boarding houses, cafes, canteens, all kinds of beach and resort entertainment, attractions for children and other amenities of civilization make this beach one of the most popular and crowded during the season. The beach is quite long, about one and a half kilometers, and mostly wide - several tens of meters. Entrance to the beach is free, but umbrellas and sun loungers are available for rent.


Also, a popular well-maintained sandy beach adjacent to the Central one is located in the area of ​​Grinchenko Street, this area is called Kamyshi. The beach infrastructure is very developed; there is everything you need for a comfortable beach holiday.

Beaches in Divnomorsk

Entrance to the beaches is free for everyone, the infrastructure is there, but there are also a lot of people during the season.

In Divnomorskoye, next to the river bank, not far from its confluence with the sea, there is a new and modern one. One of the large boarding houses in Divnomorsk is also located near the sea.

Entry into the sea on coarse dense sand is on the beach of the children's sanatorium Krinitsa, which is located at the mouth of the Pshada River. Beach in Arkhipo-Osipovka
