The travel company Travel Plan "DSBW Travel Collection", as a specialist in France, offers in 2020 not only Paris tours for a week or a weekend, with or without a different set of excursions. Our main difference is that we specialize in excursion tours around the provinces of France for mini-groups of up to 12 people with the highest level of comfort during the excursion trip.

We have a wonderful program on a regular basis "Paris - Normandy - Brittany"(held weekly on Saturdays and Sundays), "Exclusive trip to Normandy - Brittany"(held several times a year), great tour "Paris - Champagne - Burgundy - Alsace"(carried out quite rarely), and also "Colors of Provence" and other interesting tours in the South of France. On our tours you will find the Provinces of France: Normandy, Brittany, Provence, Cote d'Azur, Languedoc-Roussillon, Aquitaine, Burgundy, Champagne, Alsace.

Our tours in France are designed for tourists from different cities of Russia. In each tour, in the "Transport" section, there is information on flights and transfers: from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Kazan, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok. We also welcome tourists from other cities.

In the South of France we offer a tour "Colors of Provence"- a region that we know and love well, there is a wonderful exclusive program “Travel to the Southern Provinces of France” for 8 days and its older brother "A great trip to the Southern provinces of France + Colors of Provence" for 12 days. This is truly a great journey, full of impressions, but not tiring, despite the duration and abundance of cities and attractions visited. All tours, of course, can be combined with an extension of stay in Nice or a holiday in other resort towns on the Cote d'Azur in France.

Perhaps it is worth mentioning one more program "Spain - France - Catalonia". It is good to combine it with a holiday on the Spanish Costa Brava.

The programs are carried out on our comfortable buses with experienced drivers and guides. Our transport allows us not only to provide a high class of service, but also to guarantee all stated tour dates. We wish you bright impressions from your travels in France.

(Les Deux Alps, Les Deux Alps, les 2 Alpes) is one of the largest French ski resorts of international class. Located in a wide saddle (altitude 1650 meters above sea level) at the foot of the Pied-Moutet mountain (2338 m), just 75 km from Grenoble airport (an hour and a half by car), it was formed in 1960 after the merger of the mountain villages of the Alps de Venosc and L'Alpes de Mont-de-Lans, lying at the foot of one of the largest glaciers in Europe. And from the north, just 1.5 km from the village, the slopes abut the picturesque Lake Chambon, from which it is already a stone's throw to the Alpe d'Huez route (only 3 km in a straight line).

The total length of hundreds of routes in the region (21% “green”, 47 “blue”, 19 “red” and 13 “black”) is 200 km, and the elevation difference is quite large - from 1270 to 3568 meters (almost a quarter of them are in the zone glacier, on which year-round skiing is possible). All this is served by 63 lifts with a total capacity of more than 61 thousand people per hour. The slopes form several sectors, each of which has its own characteristic features - here you can find both relatively simple “green” and “blue” sections along the lifts and at the bottom of the slopes, and quite serious sections along the Aymes ridge and on Tete Moute (2813 m) or the “black” Super Diable and Grand Couloir, replete with couloirs. But the most interesting areas, naturally, are located on the glacier and at its foot.

Below the peaks of La Meije (3982 m) and Col des Ruillans (3211 m) the famous “Valley of Extremes” begins - an extensive off-piste area with many wooded and rocky areas. The Derby de la Meije competition is held here annually, including the most extreme snowboarding and alpine skiing competitions on the European continent - Mondial du Snowboard and Mondial du Ski, as well as the "Great Air Race" downhill with a vertical drop of 600 meters, World Boardercross Games and other sporting events. The slopes have a northern exposure and therefore rarely suffer from a lack of snow, but it is recommended to ski in the morning and evening in the upper part of the valley, where there is more sun. However, a big plus is the opportunity to ride at other resorts in this region, including Alpe d'Huez and Serre Chevalier.

In addition to the ski slopes, at the resort you can find a large snowpark with a half-pipe, a boardercross and freestyle track, 3 ski schools and a snowboard school, several nurseries and kindergartens, a sports center with 2 swimming pools (including a 50-meter heated one), sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, artificial ice skating rink, tennis and squash courts, several bowling alleys, a paragliding club and about 20 km of flat ski tracks. Les Deux Alpes has the image of a fashionable and fairly lively youth resort - there are 49 restaurants and cafes, 35 bars, more than 200 shops, 3 discos, a cinema and other entertainment venues, many of them open until the morning. At the same time, Les Deux Alpes can accommodate up to 30 thousand guests at a time - there are more than 40 hotels and many apartments, and although many of them have fairly standard architecture, recently there has clearly been a tendency towards the return of the “old Alpine style”.

The ski pass is quite expensive: a one-day adult pass costs about 35-37 euros, a six-day pass costs 169-172 euros, and a 13-day pass costs 356-363 euros. For children under 12 years old and pensioners (over 60 years old) - 26-28, 126-136 and 267-283 euros, respectively. But the price of the local ski pass includes two days of skiing in Alpe d'Huez and one day each in Puig Saint-Vincent, Serre Chevalier and the combined area of La Voye-Lacte - Sestriere. A free bus runs around the resort.

The ski season lasts from early December to late April.

The nearest airports are Grenoble (75 km), Lyon (160 km) and Geneva (230 km), and due to the proximity to the Grenoble railway station (TGV Paris - Grenoble line) you can also get here by train (from the station 3 times a day special buses depart).

Les Deux Alpes

Les Deux Alpes: about the resort

Les Deux Alpes is located at the foot of one of the largest glaciers in Europe, in the heart of the Oisans massif (Isère department) in the Rhône-Alpes region. The resort itself is located at the bottom of the valley, stretching long along it - a walk from one end of the resort to the other will take about half an hour. Les Deux Alpes does not boast traditional Alpine architecture with many cozy log chalets, but modern styles or a complete mixture of both are more common here.

– The trails are not very diverse and interesting; they are only enough for a week.

– Frequent traffic jams at the entrance to Les Deux Alpes and at the resort itself, especially on weekends.
– Queues for the lower lifts.

Les Deux Alpes: alpine skiing

In Les Deux Alpes you can ski quite high - the upper rope lift takes tourists to 3421 m. Good snow cover, as a rule, lasts the entire season not only on the glacier, but also below. The season here is very long - from the beginning of December to the end of April. There is a metro to the glacier; you can also get to the upper slopes using rope tows, which lead from the top point of the Jandri Express cabin and several “chair chairs”. The glacier has simple and spacious blue and red runs suitable for beginners. From the upper part of the glacier you can get to La Grave - the Mecca of freeride. To visit La Grave, fans of off-piste skiing go to Les Deux Alpes and the surrounding area, because this is truly a unique, wild place, intended for thrill-seekers and real extreme sports. Those who decide to go down to La Grave are strongly recommended to hire a guide - even when there is a lot of snow, there is a high risk of falling into a crack or running into other troubles. You can get to La Grave from Les Deux Alpes by going up on a rope tow and then going to the top station of the lift to the Dome de la Lauze (3568 m) on a snowcat. Les Deux Alpes itself offers good opportunities for off-piste skiing in snowy years, considered some of the most impressive in Europe, with a vertical drop of 2,300 meters and the Chalance Couloir.

The ski area of Les Deux Alpes (220 km of slopes) is interesting for almost everyone: there are enough slopes for beginners and intermediate skiers, and experts will find interesting routes for freeride. The optimal period of rest at this resort is a week, if you do not take into account the neighboring stations. The main ski area is located above 2000 m. Experienced skiers will enjoy 11 black runs, including Grand Couloir and La Fee. Attractive freeride ski areas are located in the Diable area, where you can find very interesting paths down to the resort itself. At the beginning and end of the season, the black slopes leading to Les Deux Alpes can be too icy and do not bring much joy, although the rest of the time the descent along them will appeal to those who like to compete with the mountain. Very interesting and scenic routes (with backcountry elements) can be found below the 3200 mark - from, Lac Noir and near Lac du Plan.

The resort houses the first European center for new school and snowboarding. At an altitude of about 3000 m there is an extensive freestyle park and a Slide area where you can practice jumps and all kinds of tricks. Les Deux Alpes has hosted major snowboarding and freestyle competitions for many years in a row, and is very popular among new school fans. Beginning freeriders can practice on quite interesting routes specially arranged for them, indicated on the map with a yellow dotted line. They are patrolled by rescuers, are safe from the point of view of avalanches, but are not wasted.

Restaurants and bars in Les Deux Alpes

Most of the trendy bars and pubs are located along the main street: Secret, Corrigan's, Pressoir and, located a little further from the center, Barrio Alto and Red Frog. Mike's Bar, Smokey Joe's and Windsor are loved by the British, but tourists of other nationalities are not averse to appreciating the pleasant atmosphere.

There are several good discos in the village that open closer to night: young people flow from Avalanche to L’Opera, and the festivities end closer to the morning. You can listen to good live music at Cafe Bresilien. The resort has more than 60 restaurants and a huge number of bars. The restaurants at the Chalet Mounier hotel, La Bel’Auberge Le P’tit Polyte, are famous for their good cuisine. Both of the resort's top hotels, Berangere and Farandole, boast excellent gourmet restaurants, although their prices are above average. Throughout the village you can find good and inexpensive restaurants with Italian cuisine: convenient for a quick dinner or feeding the children. La Casa Nostra will delight those who love seafood; more exotic Thai cuisine can be found in Tai Alloi. Pleasant atmosphere and good cuisine - at Petite Marmite. Smokey Joe is considered the best place for Tex-Mex lovers.

Les Deux Alpes: besides skiing

In the center of the resort there is a 50-meter heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and ice skating rink. Visits to the skating rink are included in the price of the ski pass. The sports complex at the top of the resort also offers a variety of water activities and a squash court. You can play table tennis, volleyball, basketball, badminton in the gym. In the evening you can ride snowmobiles to a level of 2600 m, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the station. Night skiing is organized periodically. Those interested can practice on the climbing wall and try their hand at ice climbing. The resort also has several bowling alleys. If you don’t mind the serpentine road from the resort, you can go on an excursion to Grenoble.

With kids

Les Deux Alpes is a certified family resort, and in addition to affordable accommodation prices, the tourism office offers a varied entertainment program for children. Every week, little guests can enjoy all kinds of games, workshops, performances and excursions. Children under 5 years old can ski on all slopes for free; next to the resort there is a training slope and several free rope ropes.

The ski resort of Les Deux Alpes is another large ski resort located at the foot of the glacier, thanks to which you can ski at the resort in the summer: 11 km of slopes have been prepared on the Mont De Lances glacier. You can cross the upper ridge of the glacier to La Grave, the most famous ski area for extreme skiers.

The sustainable development of alpine skiing in the resort of Les Deux Alpes is facilitated by the station's significant altitude above sea level (1650 m) and the presence of 70 snow cannons, which gives every tourist the opportunity to ski directly to the door of their hotel during a ski holiday.

Winter holidays in Les Deux Alpes, in addition to interesting skiing, are full of many other entertainments and additional opportunities for active pastime after skiing. An unforgettable attraction of the resort is the ice grotto at an altitude of 3400 m.

Ski tours in Les Deux Alpes will be of interest to both professionals and beginners, and the snow cover will not let you down at any time of the winter season. From the beginning of December to the beginning of May, 200 km of ski slopes and 57 lifts provide skiing for skiers of all categories.

For professionals: several good off-piste slopes lead from the top station of Gendry-Express, and also for fans of extreme skiing there is the opportunity to ride in La Grave (the area is highlighted on the map as off-piste skiing), you can get there on foot or by tow through the top station.

For intermediate level: there are not many good pistes, they are either too difficult or very easy, but on the northern slopes the snow is very good throughout the winter season and you can enjoy fast, easy descents.

For beginners: the main trails are located above the resort, wide and soft, but you need to keep in mind that the descents to the resort are quite difficult and beyond the strength of beginners, so you can only go down along the only green trail, which is crowded in high season.

In the heart of the Oisans mountain range, 75 km southeast of Grenoble, lies the ski resort Les 2 Alpes (Les Deux Alpes), which, thanks to its altitude range (glaciers from 2800 to 3600 m) and 24 hectares of artificial snow cover at the bottom part of the ski slopes, offers high-quality snow from late October to early May.

One of the most vibrant and beautiful ski resorts in the world. The layout of the resort and the location of the ski area are unusual. The village itself is located on a small pass and looks down into two valleys. And the slopes and ski lifts start right from the hotels. The weather here is sunny more than 300 days a year. Above the ski area rises the sharp peak of one of the most beautiful and inaccessible peaks of the Alps - Meige. Some of the slopes are located on the Mont De Lan glacier, which allows year-round skiing and is a 100% guarantee of snow, both in winter and summer. From July to September, the snow fields of the glacier at altitudes from 2800 m to 3600 m provide a unique chance for full-fledged alpine skiing.
