We booked through Coral (this hotel is their recommended one). The hotel itself and the stay there leave an ambiguous impression and memory. Firstly, they checked us into a neighboring hotel, simply presenting us with a fait accompli and saying that this was their 6th building!!! Firstly, they checked us into a neighboring hotel, simply presenting us with a fait accompli and saying that this was their 6th building!!! Although this is a separate hotel with a different name, with its own reception, restaurant, swimming pool, etc. To our indignation, we were told that we were given a room even better than ours, with laminated flooring and a flat-screen TV. That is, we should be immensely happy from their impudence!!! But since we continued to insist, they offered to come up the next morning and after the rooms were vacated, we would be moved.
The next morning we had a meeting with the hotel guide (Shain), at which we heard that we were not the only ones having problems with check-in, people complained that the rooms were terribly dirty and asked Shain to sort out the problem. He categorically refused to solve the problems with settlement. And in general, he answers any questions with reluctance and favor. He is only interested in 2 questions: will we buy an excursion and change the currency at the “anniversary” rate!!!
Having heard a lot of stories about other rooms, we decided not to risk it and stay in our room (albeit small and old, but clean). And even this room was cleaned and the towels were replaced once a week.

Shahin also suggests going to a Turkish goods store with a mandatory visit to a jewelry or leather store. Of course, see for yourself, but it's a waste of time. They bring it to a consumer goods store with expensive prices, and leather and jewelry are at exorbitant prices. It’s better to go for 3 liras to the center of Alanya and calmly walk around, choose, and bargain. There is also a market at the hotel on Mondays.

Secondly, just so that people know and can consciously decide whether to go to this hotel or not, I want to tell you about its location, because it is not clear from the description and photo on the website. This is a city hotel, not even on the second coastline. Whatever room you are placed in, the windows will look out either onto the road, or onto a restaurant, or onto a vacant lot, or onto an animation. There is not a single square meter of territory near the hotel where you can walk, etc. The 4 Anex buildings have some greenery, and there are 3-4 trees near the main building. This is just a hotel building in the city, surrounded by a fence!!! But shops and a market are close.

The restaurant is not a restaurant, but just a dining room, which is ALWAYS very noisy and crowded. There are also a lot of cats that climb on tables and steal food from plates!!!
But the food is good and varied. Of course, without frills, carving and other decorations of dishes, but you won’t go hungry. The assortment of fruits is very poor.
They remove dirty dishes from the table very quickly, wash the dishes in dishwashers, and take out the plates while still hot.
For the first time I see a hotel where there are no teaspoons (only plastic chopsticks!), instead of tea cups there are Turkish amruds. Maybe someone will think that this is nitpicking, but frankly, it is inconvenient and most hotel guests pour tea into several coffee cups.

Thirdly, the most important thing for which people go on vacation to the coast is the sea and the beach.
It's quite a long walk to the sea (more than 450 m stated in the description) along a road that runs through the backyards of hotels and with fairly busy traffic. Along the way, you also need to cross a road with very busy traffic (there is an underground passage, but the descent into it for strollers is only on one side of the road). The beach itself is sandy, clean, there are sunbeds and umbrellas, the sea is clean. We were there for a week and there was not a single day of calm; there were constant waves, which made entering and exiting the sea problematic. But it's fun to ride the waves. It's problematic with small children.

The animation in the hotel is good. Every evening there is a new program (either they conduct it themselves, or invite acrobats, jugglers, etc.). I can’t say anything about the children’s club during the day (we went without children), but judging by the evening children’s animation, the children know and love the animators. Every evening children are given gifts for the day's competitions, as well as a lollipop for each child. It feels like the hotel management pays attention to animation.
I didn’t even write about Wifi, which is barely active and even then not always, the TV, which is tuned only to Turkish channels, the lack of light bulbs in sconces, handles on furniture and other similar little things. Although it's all these little things that add up...

From all of the above, the hotel has pros and cons.
Pros: good food, good animation, mostly friendly staff, clean beach and sea.
Cons: rudeness at the reception and accommodation not in accordance with the reservation, poor quality room cleaning, small area and city noise, distance from the sea.
We concluded that the price does not correspond to the quality and category of service at the hotel, and the hotel is not suitable for families with small children.

But if you don't plan to spend the whole day indoors, then most likely you won't pay attention to it.

The food at this hotel deserves all praise, despite the fact that it is quite monotonous - a wide range allows you to constantly experiment. The hotel is called a real paradise for those with a sweet tooth. This is due to the huge number of confectionery products served in the restaurant. The only thing that disappoints is the not very high quality drinks. If we talk about animation, it is represented by only two workers. Nevertheless, their energy and enthusiasm are quite enough to amuse all vacationers. Speaking about the beach, it is worth noting that it is clean, well-groomed and well equipped. The only thing that spoils the impression is its distance from the hotel.
