The residential complex "CITY PARK" is part of the "Big City" project. The Monarch group of companies is building a complex on a plot of 6.8 hectares in the Presnensky district of Moscow, where the buildings of the Krasnopresnensky sugar refinery were previously located. At the beginning of 2016, the developer acquired land from PIK Group of Companies and began construction of City Park.

Project

The project includes six monolithic brick buildings. Each house consists of sections that cascade down. The highest of them is 20, the lowest is 6 floors. The architectural feature is vertical landscaping and panoramic glazing of the facades.

The new building has 1,220 apartments with an area of 35–250 square meters. Housing is offered with a number of rooms from one to six. Panoramic windows will be installed in the premises. The first two floors are reserved for commercial premises. A fitness center with a swimming pool will open in one of these premises in building No. 4.

The finishing of common areas is carried out in Art Deco style. The lobby will feature upholstered furniture, and the windows will offer views of the garden. In total, two gardens will be laid out on the territory - in the courtyard and on the roof. In the center of the block the developer will lay a linden alley, and in the depths he will plant birch trees and raspberry bushes. Scenario playgrounds will be set up in the block where children can play cook or architect. The developer will create a children's garden and landscaped playgrounds. Vehicle entry into the territory is limited. 1,500 parking spaces will be hidden underground in a heated parking lot.

Environment

The infrastructure of the Presnensky district is well developed. Residential complex "CITY PARK" is located near the business center "Moscow City". Nearby are the Afimall shopping center, the zoo and the Expocentre exhibition complex.

The ecology is satisfactory, as in most areas of Moscow. The quarter is located directly next to Krasnaya Presnya Park and the Krasnopresnensky Ponds cascade. But the Third Transport Ring is only 1.5 kilometers away. Krasnopresnenskaya embankment is 600 meters away, Zvenigorodskoe highway is a kilometer away.

City Park is a modern residential area, which is positioned as a premium class property. Operable roofs, vertical gardening, walking paths, alleys, designer entrances, convenient layouts, modern engineering systems - by implementing all these plans, the developer will actually be able to create an exclusive environment for living and recreation, comfortable and safe.

For now, we can judge the complex only from the information presented on the official website. Commissioning is expected in 2020. Although you will be able to see something in 2018, with the delivery of the first stage.

We have already noted a lot of interesting things. For example, cascade architecture. The complex does not dominate the city, but fits harmoniously into its architectural ensemble.

Fits in does not mean lost against its background. The architecture is expressive, we would even say noble. The decoration uses natural stone, facing brick and glass.

The complex consists of 6 buildings of variable number of floors. They are built using monolithic technology.

The “highlight” of architectural and landscape design is vertical gardening. The roofs are in use, so you can easily set up a garden here.

And since we started talking about landscaping, we note that it will be year-round. Plants are selected taking into account the seasonality factor: some fade, others appear.

Living surrounded by green alleys and park areas is an exceptional opportunity that all owners of apartments in the City Park residential complex will receive. In addition to internal amenities, there are parks in the development area itself. The main center of attraction is Krasnopresnensky Park.

Not just parks

The development area is notable not only for its proximity to ponds and park alleys. We are talking about the Presnensky district, where a new building is being built on Mantulinskaya Street at number 7.

From the point of view of transport infrastructure, the place is very attractive. Within walking distance are metro stations and public transport stops. By car you can get to the Garden Ring, Kutuzovsky Prospekt, Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, and the Third Transport Ring in a matter of minutes. The Kremlin is 4 km from the development site.

The situation is no worse with social and commercial infrastructure - there is everything for every taste.

The fly in the ointment in this barrel of honey will be the environment. There are questions with her. It seems that there are green areas and reservoirs, but traffic jams and, as a result, noise and exhaust fumes have not been canceled in the Central Administrative District of the capital. In addition, with the policy taken to move industrial facilities to the outskirts of the city, there are still not very useful industries left in the area.

Housing stock

Potential buyers are offered a choice of 1,200 apartments, 60 planning solutions. There are studios and spacious apartments with luxurious terraces.

We like the layouts. The developer does not skimp on square meters, but does not waste them either. Everything is rational. This approach allows you to find housing for different budgets.

If there is a shortage in square footage, it can be compensated by merging neighboring apartments.

The bathrooms are combined; in apartments with three or more rooms there are guest rooms.

Finishing, to our sincere regret, is not provided.

Last but not least

In addition to the actual construction of housing, much more is planned. And we’re not talking about the usual playgrounds. Or rather, not only about them.

It is planned to improve the area near the Nizhny Krasnopresnensky Pond and lay out walking routes to Krasnaya Presnya Park.

A terraced park, boat piers, and bicycle paths will be created on the embankment. It is also planned to expand the road network taking into account the needs of new residential complexes in the center of the capital.

A kindergarten will be opened in the complex.

  • many layouts;
  • own kindergarten;
  • large-scale improvement;
  • developed external infrastructure;
  • Spacious parking - there are more spaces than apartments.
  • There are still industrial enterprises in the area; construction is underway in a former industrial zone.

City Park residential complex is a project worthy of attention. There is a lot here that is still new to the capital’s market. Take, for example, the vertical village concept, scenic playgrounds, cascade architecture, and usable roofs. Let's be honest, we are impressed by the renderings. Everything looks very impressive. I like the layouts too. The areas fully correspond to the premium class, as does the spectacular designer decoration of the entrance lobbies. Another “plus” is the small number of apartments per floor. Well, so far the picture is very rosy, so we will continue to follow with interest the developments at the construction site, and we recommend that you hurry up with your purchase if you like City Park. Judging by the number of apartments sold, new buildings are in demand. Supply is rapidly shrinking, and prices are sure to rise as we get closer to commissioning.

The City Park mixed-use complex from MonArch is an interesting object. It meets the “vertical village” concept, which is almost unfamiliar to Muscovites. What kind of “village” will appear in the Presnensky district?

In the Presnensky district of Moscow, the MonArch company is building a new facility. According to the official website of the new building, a premium residential complex City Park will appear on Mantulinskaya Street on a plot of almost 7 hectares by 2022. It was created in accordance with the “vertical village” concept.

Stop. Try to think about what is written:

  • There is a relatively large-scale complex in the Presnensky district. Is there still room?
  • The name of the object is City Park. Is it possible that housing will appear in the Central Administrative District of Moscow that will allow you to be in the city and in nature at the same time?
  • The declared class is “premium”. We don’t even doubt the expensive materials and high prices. Does this mean that there will be parking with a sufficient number of spaces and truly necessary infrastructure?
  • “Vertical village” concept. What is a “vertical village”? How does it fit into the center of the capital? Maybe it's feng shui?

After some thought, we came to a clear conclusion: each statement is very, very interesting. Let's try to figure it out: what kind of “City” awaits buyers, will there be a “Park” in the city, can a “village” be premium and why is it “vertical”?

About City Park

City Park is a multifunctional complex of 6 buildings of varying number of floors. The height of the buildings is from 2 to 20 floors. The property will be handed over in three stages. The first levels will be occupied by non-residential premises. It is known that a sports center with a swimming pool and a private kindergarten for 150 children will be opened on the territory of the facility.

The architecture is, to say the least, spectacular. Although she can be called brave and noble. Multi-level buildings, like waterfalls, cascade and, like the skyscrapers of American megacities, soar upward. The effect is enhanced by the unusual towers of Moscow City, located nearby.

The houses are built using brick-monolithic technology, which provides good noise and heat insulation. The external cladding is made of a hinged ventilated facade, the top panels are covered with clinker tiles. Natural stone and glass are used in decoration. The designers chose calm colors to decorate the walls - from soft beige to dark brick, which proves the serious status of the complex.

Among the “bonuses” are enlarged windows installed at a height of 50 cm from the floor. The highlight of the project is usable roofs with terraces and landscaping. Of course, looking at the renderings, you catch yourself thinking that their creators got too carried away and lost touch with the real world. It’s hard to believe that there are trees on the roof. But winter gardens, flower beds, and recreation areas will, of course, appear here.

The interiors of the entrance groups in the high-tech style look no less impressive. Natural materials are used for finishing - marble and wood. There is a reception desk, behind which there will be a concierge. The lobbies will have seating areas with upholstered furniture. This once again emphasizes the fact that the developer promises buyers a high standard of living and luxury.

An underground parking lot has been organized for 1.5 thousand cars. This is not bad, since 1.2 thousand apartments are planned in the new building. The presence of open surface parking, albeit for 55 places, is an additional plus. Everything is good in the courtyards too - playgrounds, scenic and sports grounds, benches, paths.

The elite status of the new building is dealt a blow by the following fact: there will be up to 6 apartments on each floor, and two elevators in the entrance. There are somehow too many doors on the landing and not enough “lifts”, taking into account the height of 20 floors, when we are talking about premium housing.

Vertical village: about apartments according to Feng Shui

“Vertical village” sounds strange. In fact, this is another plus in the treasury of advantages of the City Park residential complex. Vertical village is a relatively new concept for Moscow, implying the integration of architecture into natural landscapes. In world construction practice, apartments in such complexes have the status of “ecological”. Due to vertical landscaping and an exploitable roof with plants and flowers, the impression is created that the houses are located in the middle of a park.

Terraced architecture and panoramic balconies, which are an integral part of the concept, provide residents with another pleasant opportunity. They will be able to enjoy views of the city from different heights. It must be said that the panoramas on Mantulinskaya Street are promising: the Moscow River at dawn, Moscow City in the rays of sunset, Krasnaya Presnya Park under black clouds and a rainbow - this is only the beginning of the list of beauties that buyers will admire.

But let’s take a break from the landscapes and see what exactly the MonArch Group of Companies offers to potential residents. Apartments and apartments have been designed in the City Park residential complex. The choice can safely be considered large:

    60 types of layouts:

  • 1-7-room apartments ranging from 34 to 226 sq. m. m;
  • options with terraces;
  • 2-level apartments ranging from 88 to 196 sq. m. m;
  • Possibility of combining neighboring apartments/rooms.

The apartments occupy the first two floors of each building, with apartments located above. Each option has at least one loggia.

The layouts are designed, as they say, according to Feng Shui. Perhaps they are not elegant and rustic for the elite class, but they cannot be blamed for the lack of comfort and functionality. There are no walls (even in the bathrooms). The developer will mark the interior partitions on the floor with a trace of concrete slabs. This solution makes the task easier for those who are determined to do redevelopment, and somewhat complicates it for everyone else.

The high status of the complex is undermined by the lack of finishing. Yes, yes, the first residents of premium apartments will “enjoy the music” of the renovation for a long time. Theoretically, I would also like the ceilings to be higher - 3.1 m is often found in new buildings of a lower class.

To be fair, we note that pre-finishing is provided. The developer promises to install communications, install bimetallic energy-saving radiators, double-glazed windows, entrance doors, supply ventilation, and provide wireless Internet and satellite TV.

Let's talk about City...

“City” is the first word in the name of the new building. Let's start analyzing the ups and downs with him. So what kind of urban environment awaits potential buyers?

The complex is located, although not in the most prestigious area of the capital, but in one of the central ones. There are many business facilities nearby - from the already mentioned Moscow City International Business Center to the Government House, from the International Trade Center to the Expo Center and the Trekhgornaya Manufactory business park.

Not everything is perfect with social infrastructure. It is, of course, present, but in insufficient quantities. However, residential areas are appearing in the area, and therefore the situation is gradually improving. Now, within walking distance from the new building, a children's hospital named after. Speransky, branch of clinic No. 220, there are commercial medical institutions.

There are 7 schools and 16 kindergartens in the area. It is difficult to get into them without having territorial priority. There will be no problems with shopping - the Afimall and Bagration shopping centers and chain stores operate nearby. There is no shortage of pharmacies, beauty salons, bank branches, restaurants, and fitness centers.

The situation with transport accessibility is also ambiguous. A 10-minute walk from the Vystavochnaya and Delovoy Tsentr metro stations. The subway is the fastest way to get from home to the right place. But it’s unlikely that buyers of luxury housing will want to use it. Obviously, they will choose a car. This means that the Third Transport Ring, the Garden Ring, Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment and Kutuzovsky Prospekt are at their service. They are united not only by their proximity to City Park, but also by extremely intense traffic. The result is dust, noise, air pollution and traffic jams.

Now about Park...

Let’s take a break from the typical problems of Moscow and move on to the second component of the complex’s name – the word “Park”.

Firstly, we must immediately say that the center of the capital and good ecology are incompatible concepts. But in the case of the location of the complex, one can at least try to talk about the normal state of the environment.

The big advantage of the new building is its location within walking distance from Krasnaya Presnya Park. It spreads over an area of 16.5 hectares. There is an open-air cinema, a football field, a stage, playgrounds and workout areas, a three-level skate plaza and, of course, a lot of greenery. Krasnogvardeyskie ponds are located nearby.

The developer promises to lay convenient paths to the park. Among other similar statements is the announced intention to improve the area near the Nizhny Krasnopresnensky Pond. It hasn’t come to this yet, but there is time to move from words to action.

GC "MonArch" tried to turn the adjacent spaces into public gardens. A garden with a dry fountain will be laid out in the courtyards. Lawns and flower beds will be decorated with plants that will bloom in different seasons. Their aroma will waft from early spring to late autumn. In winter, the situation will be “saved” by coniferous trees, delighting with bright greenery.

Perhaps all the parallels with the word “Park” have been drawn. There is a big fly in the ointment in this ointment. Presnensky district has always been industrial. Work is currently underway to transform it into a business zone. They involve moving production outside the location or closing it. Liquidation of the industrial cluster will take time. The complex is being built on the site of a sugar refinery. Food production should not be classified as hazardous to the environment - this is a plus.

A significant negative factor affecting the environment is the transport network. Our arguments about vertical gardening, a city in a park and a park in a city boldly cross out the 8 lanes of the always busy TTR.

How to live in a “vertical village”

Sales of “squares” in the City Park residential complex are carried out by the MonArch Group of Companies. The holding has been operating since 1994, and quite successfully. The company has implemented more than 150 projects in Russia and Europe. As time has shown, the developer meets deadlines and delivers fairly good housing. In any case, there are no serious complaints about the quality of the apartments.

Sales are carried out according to the DDU in accordance with 214-FZ. The developer offers several convenient purchasing options. Firstly, this is a mortgage. The list of banks that have accredited the new building makes a pleasant impression and inspires confidence. It included Alfa Bank, Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank, Raiffeisen, Vozrozhdenie, Absolut Bank, Otkritie, Delta Credit, SMP Bank. The average rate is 8.8-11.5% per annum. Down payment – from 10%, loan term – within 30 years.

The second current option is installments. Alas, it is not free (2% on the balance). Down payment – 50%. The other half is paid in equal payments.

It's up to you to buy or not. Of course, the project is interesting. Not every elite new building in Moscow can boast of “highlights” such as scenic areas, vertical gardening, cascading architecture, and roof gardens. Presnensky district is both an advantage and a disadvantage at the same time, if we talk about ecology, transport and infrastructure.

Most likely, purchasing apartments or apartments in a complex will be of interest to those who lead an active lifestyle, work in the center and want to spend time with family and children. It makes sense to buy “square meters” for investment purposes, for renting out space or conducting commercial activities: the Central Administrative District of Moscow is ideally suited for this.

What you need to know about the residential complex "CITY PARK" (City Park)

SWEET PLACE

On the site of the construction site of the CITY PARK residential complex, since 1859 there were industrial buildings of the Danilovsky Sugar Refinery Plant, which in Soviet times was renamed the Krasnopresnensky Sugar Refinery Plant named after. F. M. Mantulina. After 2015, sugar was no longer produced here, the premises were rented out, and besides, the owner changed, who became PIK Group. Closer to 2016, PIK got rid of this asset and the demolition of old buildings was carried out by the MonArkh Group, which expects to build by 2020 on Mantulinskaya Street, vl. 7 The complex, which the Company calls, is nothing less than a premium residential area.

As for the location of the residential complex, it is, if not premium, then certainly central. And this concerns not only the formal affiliation of this New Building to the Central Administrative District of Moscow, because in addition to this, the center of business activity of the city - Moscow City - is located very close to the Complex. Let's add here a tangle of highways that are nearby, but do not disturb residents too much, Krasnaya Presnya Park and the lower Krasnogvardeysky Pond in order to state the obvious fact - the location of the Complex should be considered very, very successful.

CONSTRUCTION PLANS

The developer, MonArch-UKS LLC, divided the construction into three stages, and the entire process started simultaneously, on October 12, 2016, and the whole difference lies in the timing of obtaining permission to put the facilities into operation. So the order is defined as follows:

First of all: 5-section building 4, from 2 to 20 floors, fitness center with a swimming pool on the first two floors, and 5-section building 5, from 7 to 20 floors, commercial premises on the first two floors, one-level underground parking under both buildings - end construction was planned until December 31, 2018, but in December 2018, a letter appeared on the official website about postponing the commissioning date to April 30, 2019. In fact, the Developer received the RVE in the summer of 2019.

Second stage: both buildings are also five-sectional, building 2, from 2 to 20 floors, the first floors will be residential; building 3, from 6 to 19 floors, non-residential ground floors, two-level underground parking under both buildings - completion of construction is scheduled for 06/30/2020.

Third stage: five-section building 1, from 2 to 20 floors, non-residential ground floors and a private kindergarten for 150 children; single-section building 6, from 17 to 21 floors, commercial on the first two floors, one-level underground parking under both buildings - construction will be completed 07/12/2020.

Over time, all buildings were combined into one project declaration, and the completion date was set for the third quarter of 2020.

The walls in these monolithic houses are about 60 cm thick and consist of aerated concrete blocks, insulation and a ventilated facade system. The Developer uses two-color brick and ceramic stone as finishing materials for the facades. The terraced or, if you like, cascade arrangement of floors was not chosen by chance - this will help both in terms of insolation and in terms of preserving the view characteristics of most apartments. The official website of the City Park residential complex demonstrates these same terraces on which a small forest has grown from different angles.

So, the roof will be usable, residents of adjacent apartments will be able to access the terraces, and as for the trees, these are more likely designers’ fantasies than realities. For 1,213 apartments there are 1,467 underground parking spaces. Prices for a 13-meter parking space start from 2,000,000 rubles.

APARTMENTS AND APARTMENTS

The apartments are sold in an open plan state, even the walls of the bathrooms, not to mention the interior partitions, will be marked with traces along the floor. The ceilings in the premium quarter could be higher, although the height of 3.1 meters before installing the screed cannot be called insufficient. In apartments, windows are installed much larger than usual - there will be 50-60 centimeters left to the window sill, the glazing area is impressive. Any apartment in the block will have at least one loggia. Next to the loggias there are specially designated areas for installing external air conditioning units. The choice of apartments can be called absolutely exhaustive, and the layouts are familiar and classic - you won’t find any pentagonal rooms, trapezoids or other tricks here - everything is subordinated to achieving functionality and the rules of Feng Shui. The abundance of square meters is somewhat stunning right away. How do you like this one-room apartment?

After seeing this, the footage of some two-room apartments is already taken for granted.

Some three-room apartments can only be talked about with breath.

There are also several apartments here. For example, in the fourth section of Building No. 4 and in the second section of Building No. 2, two-level apartments with a separate entrance ranging from 169.5 to 226.4 square meters were put up for sale. m. From time to time, such lots appear in the corresponding section of the residential complex website.

DECOR

You can book an apartment by simply calling the Seller’s phone number - you don’t need to pay anything, the reservation will last for up to three days. After studying the sample Agreement for shared participation in construction, which will be kindly sent to you by mail, you come to the sales office, sign the DDU, and at the same time the Agency Agreement, according to which you will have to pay 50,000 rubles for registering the DDU. The process lasts about two weeks; upon registration, the countdown begins for five days, during which you will pay for your purchase. This scheme is valid both for 100% payment and when using a mortgage, in this case, movements begin after approval and signing of the loan agreement. By the way, the list of banks that accredited the project is small, but it inspires confidence a priori - it includes:

BEHIND
  • convenient location in the city center
  • well-groomed territory
  • MonArkh - Developer of the highest standard
  • a huge selection of apartments of different sizes
AGAINST
  • if there are no constraints on funds - nothing
SUMMARY

When the City Park residential complex project was just announced, a number of specialists in the Moscow New Buildings market could not agree on how appropriate all this was in this particular period of time and what, in fact, the barometer of consumer activity would show. Faith in our people has won - apartments are being sold out faster than other Economy Class Complexes, especially for view floors, and here they include not only the top ones. Apartments are sold almost in small wholesale, and the pricing policy of the Monarch Group of Companies played a decisive role here - as an effective investment instrument, as a not too long-term investment, the apartments in this Complex look especially attractive. And with the statement that they are good for life, there is probably no point in arguing.

The location is good, close to the Expo Center, but sometimes this makes it difficult to leave, because... full of cars and blocked in case of high-ranking officials coming to forums, etc.

Yes, I agree with this. Due to the location of such a facility, there are access problems. But fortunately, this rarely happens. Ordinary events are not so popular among officials and top officials. There are many areas in Moscow where traffic is blocked much more often due to motorcades. Rublyovka, for example, Kutuzovsky, etc. But overall, I liked the complex, except for its altitude. I understand that the developer decided not to “fall in the face” in front of the City, otherwise the complex will be lost against the background of the towers. I prefer low-rise buildings in the central part of the city. But nothing can be done, they build like this.

Yes, this is the specifics of the surrounding area. Here, a different architecture will now simply stand out from the general style. Since they started building skyscraper towers, there must be something similar nearby. Well, actually, it is. The ambition for elitism is big, but fortunately the City is more or less accessible. Both in terms of price range and neighbors, who are unlikely to represent top management. In general, I almost liked everything, except for minor features , even more of a district, and not specifically a complex. The Zvenigorod highway and its industrial zones further towards the region are terribly annoying, as well as other small moments.

And I like the modern development of the city with tall buildings. No other housing would look good here, and the cost of the land under the complex is high; who would spend that kind of money on a five-story building with several dozen apartments. Therefore, it is logical that developers want maximum profit from high-rise buildings. The main thing that worries me is the quality of construction, so that the foundation can withstand all this and cracks do not appear. And also the appearance, but here Quite nice architecture and exterior decoration. The cost is high, I won’t be able to buy an apartment there, but at least it will be nice to walk by.

The developer has proven himself well in the construction market, so there is no doubt that the quality of the complex will be at a high level. The construction of high-rise buildings has been going on throughout Moscow for many years now, and in general we can say that they have not spoiled the appearance of the city. It certainly looks more beautiful than gray Soviet buildings. It depends on taste and color, as they say, but the very fact that this type of housing is quickly sold out indicates a certain popularity this style and concept. This means people are happy with it. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have paid mind-boggling sums for the prospect of living on the 38th floor. To each his own.

I really like the complex! I don't understand. what's wrong with living on the 38th floor - in a tall building the city is in front of you in full view. Moscow is still a metropolis, without high-rise buildings)

This is true, because why consider a complex for living if you don’t like the number of floors? Now there are options for every taste and request. This complex is suitable for connoisseurs of high-rise buildings when the view is gorgeous. And of course, we must pay tribute, the price per square meter. meters cheaper than the City towers, but by and large does not differ significantly except for location. Definitely City Park is even better in terms of the proximity of good infrastructure, and in general the convenience of the area. It's lived-in and with a large amount of greenery. Therefore, for those who are looking for an option with an excellent view from the window, this will be an excellent investment that will pay off 100%. Sure.

The information is different everywhere, but I was there and I can say that it has not yet been commissioned. Construction is still underway, but at the final stage. We walked around the complex and appreciated the surroundings, so to speak. There are two parks nearby, so you can go for a walk. The area is mostly an old five-story building, but the courtyards are surrounded by greenery. We liked the infrastructure, there are schools and gardens nearby, and given the low density, there are likely problems with space and overcrowding There should be no groups. We did not go to the sales office, we are waiting for the construction to be completed and then we will decide on the issue of purchasing an apartment.

Angela, when it is completed, prices will rise even more. The developer is reliable, the construction stage is final. Therefore, if you like everything, you should take it now. And the prices, as you can see, are already very high.
I took a two-room apartment at the beginning of summer. Now the price for such an apartment has already risen. The demand for this residential complex is high. There are a lot of people around me who want to buy an apartment there.
The location is excellent, the metro is nearby, the main road arteries are also at hand. The center is within walking distance. At the same time, there is a lot of greenery around City Park, there is a park. A summer veranda and a cool fitness center with a swimming pool and spa are planned.
Apartments here are sold out quickly and the prices are not scary at all!

On the contrary, it seemed to me that such a number of skyscrapers would have a negative impact on the area. There will be a clear shortage of places in child care institutions, regiments, etc. And the transport situation will worsen during rush hours. Behind the beautiful houses, which corresponds to reality, there are problems hidden. But the complex is undoubtedly beautiful. The location is good and convenient in relation to Zvenigorodsky and the Third Transport Ring. The architects are great, they tried to make something that stands out. Here Only those who have adult children, or take them to private kindergartens and schools, and are observed in clinics under a contract, can fearlessly take them.
