I rented room 1203 from July 28 to August 4, 2019. I was alone with my 7.5-year-old daughter. The room is nice, large window, nice view from it. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable, but the pillows were let down, as if everything was in clumps. One of the small drawbacks is that this is a closet, there are no shelves to put things that are not on hangers. Even in our room, the sink was filled with water all the time when you washed your face and in the shower too. We liked everything else, clean and cozy. The restaurant has a buffet system, I don’t like them, because it’s a crowd, plus many uncultured people like to get their hands into everything, who doesn’t watch the children, the kids lick the cakes on the trays, bite into vegetables or fruits and put them back. On the plus side, the food is delicious, there is a large selection, it’s good that there is a children’s table, there isalways something to choose. There is no cappuccino or latte coffee in the machines, there is no foam, it’s like they just added milk to the coffee. On a pleasant note, you could drink tea in the lobby, even late in the evening with something, because there are no kettles in the rooms. It was very good that there were coolers in many places. I really liked the indoor pool, the only downside is that everyone goes there without any certificates, they go with very small children, I’m sorry they won’t ask if they can write there. The pool itself is so good, I really liked the water aerobics. I liked all the saunas, the only one was the herbal one, it should still smell more like herbs. It’s a good herbal bar, but I don’t really understand its opening hours, it worked sometimes, sometimes it didn’t. I went to the spa for a facial refreshing treatment. I liked the procedure, but I think the price is too high and unreasonably high, there is something to compare it with. My daughter really liked it in the playroom on the 3rd floor, the animators were great, they organized all sorts of master classes. Of the minuses, which were not a pleasant thing, since you walk there in socks, there is a floor without carpet (tiles), it is very cold. Of course, it’s good that they ventilate there, but it blows very strongly, including on the legs. This played a fatal role for us, my daughter was covered in snot and I caught a pretty bad cold. We rarely went to the 2nd, it’s more modest there, mainly to watch cartoons in the evening. I liked the area, it’s beautiful, there are a lot of hammocks, which is very cool. Wonderful children's playgrounds. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we were not able to try out the outdoor pools, but we looked around and we liked it. Sports rentals are not large, but it’s good that they are there, we rode a scooter and bikes. What I consider a big disadvantage is that there is no pharmacy, no nurse, nothing. I rest a lot, including boarding houses near Moscow and rest homes, everywhere there is at least a minimum pharmacy kiosk and, of course, a nurse on duty, not to mention a doctor. A lot of people go on holiday with children, and I think that there should be at least minimal help. My daughter and I caught a cold, fortunately I carry medicines with me, but unfortunately I forgot some. We had to leave a day earlier so as not to get sick at all. In general, the impression of the holiday is positive, I think that we will come here again.…

The furniture is new, its condition is carefully monitored by the service staff. You will not find dirt or marks left by former guests on the mattresses and upholstery.
