I flew at the end of June 2017 from Antalya on Royal Fly for the first time (I had never even heard of this before). The plane has already seen a century)), in my case it was a Boeing 777 -300, it seems (maybe I got one, I don’t know, I haven’t been on other planes of this airline and I won’t say that they are all the same). But most airlines, especially charter ones, are guilty of this. This was not surprising. I take this calmly. My goal is to leave a review, not to discredit the company!!!
The plane takes off more vertically - this is the first time I've encountered this. I don’t consider myself a coward or an alarmist, but to be honest, it’s not a smart feeling. In addition, the plane was shaking from takeoff to Moscow and, frankly, irritated the nervous system. This has already happened to me on Yamal Airlines (but not so much), and I heard the same thing about Yamal from a friend.
The delay was 40 minutes, which was reported immediately at the airport. This also applies to standard situations with charters.
Well, the seats are small, there is not enough space - this exists, but for a charter this is also a standard.
The food is also standard (We didn’t come to the restaurant, I don’t understand the indignation of many about this).
The commander of the ship immediately apologized for the delay in departure, due to the delay from Moscow (as I understand, they fly back and forth like minibuses) and warned that weather in Moscow NOT VERY MUCH.
Father-in-law, take-off, shaking itself the entire flight (there were decent shocks in the cabin), and landing in a downpour gave even stronger shocks to the plane, apparently crashing into rain clouds (and they have a different density, as you know).
When we left the airport, we couldn’t see anything at all because of the rain. On this day, takeoffs were postponed due to a storm with rain).
In general, the plane is a little old, who doesn’t like it, there’s no point in flying on it (to discuss the whole flight and spit on it). Most of the planes that offer tour companies Anex Tour and Intourist are the same. The choice is not great for those who find it expensive to fly regular flights more expensive companies.
Thank you to the aircraft crew for their professionalism!!! And even on this one they can fly and land in a downpour without pads.
But today I have no desire to be “shocked” again)) If it had lasted not 2.5 hours but on a different route, then this is simply a mockery for the nervous system.
My opinion is based on a comparison of a flight from Moscow to Antalya on Vim Avia and back on Royal Fly.
Vim flew in such a way that if you didn’t look out the window, you wouldn’t even understand that you were flying (no noise, no extra shocks or turbulence). Although they also write different things about this airline. But if you choose between these two, then definitely Vim. Although they are often placed like this, one takes you there, the other back, for example. Same charter.

    Flew Royal Omsk-Antalya 07/13/19 and back 07/22/19. Everything is great. The plane is certainly not new (Boeing 767-200), but the interior is still pretty good. I can’t say anything about the flight itself. Takeoff and landing on autopilot according to KGS, so everything is soft and smooth. The only question is that the flight there took an hour longer than the return flight (the travel time itself). We flew there in the morning - the breakfast was so-so. Pancakes and juice. Between 5 and 20 minutes into the flight I got hungry. We flew back during the day. We were fed with dignity.
    The only disadvantages of this airline are that you cannot check in for a flight online if you are flying from Turkey. Just the airport, the kilometer-long queue and all the conclusions that follow from here. And there is not enough space on the plane itself. The most normal seats are the 14th row at windows A and F (immediately behind the 2 seats near emergency exit). And you can stretch your legs and the crowd won’t trample on you.

    The family flew on Royal Flight planes in September 2018 from Moscow to Antalya and back. There were no delays, but the cabin of the plane... was designed for gnomes! The chairs are so tight that there is no room for your legs... And I didn’t like the food either. So it's a C grade.
