A family with a 10-year-old child rested in this hotel on January 5-11, 2016. The only thing left about the hotel is good impressions. Clean, big room. Cleaning took place regularly and quite efficiently. The bed sheets were changed several times. This surprised us very much)) since we only rested for 6 nights. The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive to the slightest request. The problem for us was the hard mattresses on the beds. We asked for a couple of blankets to make it softer. We were given extra thin mattresses. Thank you very much for that. Once they forgot a bag with money, a tablet, etc. in the restaurant, we returned after a while, our things were waiting for us at the reception, completely safe. I would like to write separately about nutrition. Yes, breakfast is the same every day, but it’s quite enough to fill you up have breakfast. Scrambled eggs, pasta, sausages, sausage, sliced ​​cheese, cheese, ham, croutons, various cereals with milk, jams, butter, pastries. Vending machine with coffee, tea, cappuccino, etc. The dinners surprised us with their variety and very tasty preparation. The shift probably changed at 10)) because the dishes were already a little different. The pool and sauna were always open. The water in the pool was quite warm. In the children's room, it's probably 28 degrees. As already written, the elevator is located near the pool, it’s convenient to get there right in your bathrobes. In the hotel lobby there was always a crackling fire in the fireplace, which also added to the coziness. WiFi...... well, let's just say, there is always one at the reception))) sometimes it was possible to catch it in the rooms. The location of the hotel is also good. everything is within walking distance. But if you are with your own ski equipment, then a transfer leaves from the hotel to the ski lift at 8.30, 9.00, 10.00 and 11.00; the ride takes three to five minutes. After lunch I brought it back. There is a small supermarket a hundred meters from the hotel. In general, I can highly recommend this hotel for a holiday. Now about the worst! This is the road itself with the tour operator TK-Velt and the carrier "Doris". “Thank you very much” for sending 5 buses from Odessa to Bansko at the same time. At 14:00, plus or minus 10-15 minutes, all the buses left. We were in the latter. I won’t tell you for a long time what we experienced at each of the 6 borders, standing at the end of the line of all these buses. We spent 9 hours crossing the borders! The first buses arrived in 25 hours, we arrived only after 30 hours! And this is only from Odessa, and people traveled by these buses from Kyiv and other cities for another 7-8 hours! I don’t know if the right people make bus schedules! I don't think so. When we asked our escort, who appeared in the middle of the trip and also disappeared, to put on movies in order to somehow pass the time on the road.... It was explained to us that the buses have Bosch equipment, and it only works with licensed discs, but it doesn’t work on simple blanks. ... This is fine? The company doesn’t have the money to provide its own buses with a couple of licensed discs? As a result, we spent 30 hours having fun looking out the window. We got back in 21 hours. I think there is a difference! So once again, “thank you very much” for treating people like this. Regarding TK-Welt. Also a special “thank you” for forgetting! We were not provided with a transfer from the hotel to the bus on the way back. The receiving company "Tural" told us that we were not on the list, because "TK-Welt" did not make an application and no one was going to take us for free.
