We chose a hotel for a long time, read reviews and were mentally prepared for everything that people wrote about this hotel, but still, in some places we were simply shocked. We are not amateurs sandy beaches, so going into the sea from a pontoon didn’t bother us at all, on the contrary - you can jump, the sea is warm and clear, you can dive with goggles and a mask, there are fish. The first thing that shocked us upon arrival was the reception staff. Kazakhs, in my opinion, are definitely not Turks. Our problem was that we were three adults and we booked 1 double and 1 single room. We started asking for rooms to be next to each other. They didn't answer us anything. In the end, with fighting and shouting, we were finally given rooms next door. We read that Russians are accommodated in rooms without renovation and other amenities of civilization. In the single room the air conditioner did not work at all; in our double room, water was dripping from the ceiling in the bathtub, and the shower door was broken. Moreover, the hotel staff knows this very well. When we came in the evening and asked to send a master to look at where the water was pouring in streams, they simply nodded in response, but no one even came. They were lucky that our one person, who lived in a single room, managed just fine without air conditioning (we would have died from the heat). I don’t know if they gave us exactly these numbers because we performed a lot when we arrived or if they are all like that. But it’s not like 5*, it’s barely worthy of 3*. We are not asking for royal conditions, but when everything is broken, dirty and the room is simply unpleasant to be in - this is a completely different question. Cleaning is a separate issue. A couple of times I sat on the balcony and read a book while the cleaner came to the room, so the whole cleaning took about 7 minutes. Once I looked under the bed - I wish I hadn’t done that. The advantages of the hotel: large green area, beautiful views from the restaurant and from the territory to the neighboring shore, proximity to the village of Gundogan (you can take a minibus directly from the hotel, it runs quite often), the village is very nice and there are many shops there. The food at the hotel suited us quite well. A large selection of dishes, everything is quite tasty, a lot of vegetables, salads, fruits (watermelon for breakfast, lunch and dinner), Turkish flatbreads and sweets. Everyone, of course, is choking on food, grabbing it like crazy. But food was always brought and you just had to wait a little until the crowd died down. The wine is quite good for Turkey.
