Latest news from Crimean embankment. The ship, moored at the Muzeon art park, will soon be sent to the most distant backwater of the capital. AND we're talking about not about the ship on which Peter the Great stands. And about the one who is white and pointed-nosed. With cabins. Decks. And the Russian flag. Tourists willingly take selfies against its background. And Muscovites too. Someone goes inside to get something to eat. Or look for some new things. Because there are even shops and cafes on board the non-self-propelled vessel. He was brought to the center of Moscow in 1993 from Austria. At that time, “Bryusov” was not only a restaurant, but also a hotel.

And in last years They made a whole art object out of it! The guys from the team of the Flacon design plant came to Muzeon, on whose territory the ship is located, and asked to give them several decks and cabins. Well, to spend there various events. Yoga and choreography classes. Film screenings. Lectures. Discos. Exhibitions. In general, create inside this bandura Cultural Center. Muzeon said that they are not against it, but the owner of the ship is the Moscow Tourist Fleet. The guys applied there and soon, having paid a certain amount for rent, received permission. The activists do not admit how much they paid. They say it's a trade secret. Two years have passed since then. And only now it became clear that “the vessel operates in the format of an art center on the water and is operated without a water use agreement.” This is stated in the official statement of the Moscow prosecutor's office.

SEVEN CARING PEOPLE

In general, it turned out that “Valery Bryusov”, despite his big name, does not have the right to stand on the Crimean embankment. Why such a check was carried out only now is anyone's guess.

In addition, the owner will have to pay a fine of 50 thousand rubles to the state treasury, the supervisory department added to KP. - And another 10 thousand will be paid personally by the general director of Mosturflot.

Yes, indeed, the prosecutor’s office is closing “Bryusov,” one of the art ship activists confirmed. - But we do not intend to lose heart. We will look for another location for deployment.

- What do you even do?

The art ship was invented to organize cultural events on it. If they were paid, we processed everything Required documents. But there were also free ones. In fact, this is the world's first creative cluster! And we are glad that we were given the opportunity to expand. Well, it doesn’t matter that the prosecutor’s office is closing the ship. We do not intend to curtail our activities.

- Who are you? And how many of you are there?

We are a group of caring young people. We all work in different places. Now there are seven people.

THE LAST OF THE MOHICANE

“The Bryusov Ship is one of the last ships to be removed from the Moscow River,” Nikolai Matushevsky, owner of the Flakon design plant, told KP. - Now the project is faced with the task of maintaining friendly relations with all partners and finding a new place for the ship. Among the possible locations for the future action of the project, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Cheboksary. We are also open to any proposals from regions that would be ready to take over the management of this project.

The ship "Valery Bryusov", by the way, is already 32 years old. Although experienced sailors say that this is not age for such a vessel.

If, of course, you follow him properly,” the head of the international association told KP public organizations veterans of the navy and submariners Andrey Sharov. - It all depends on the conditions of detention and on the attitude of the crew. Look, the sailing ship “Kruzenshtern” is almost a hundred years old, and everything is moving. In this case, the vessel is not used for its intended purpose. And this almost always leads to the death of the ship.

The famous motor ship will remain near the Muzeon park for about another month. At least that’s what representatives of the Flakon design plant say (Mosturflot does not report this).

Story

The motor ship "Valery Bryusov" off the coast of the Crimean embankment in the Muzeon park as an art space on July 13, 2014. Although the ship was moored to the embankment back in 1993, and before that it was operated on the water for eight years. Before the reconstruction of Bryusov, a hotel, restaurant, casino and (according to unofficial information) a brothel operated here for 20 years.

The reconstruction of the ship and its transformation into an art cluster was carried out by the team of Realologic Management Company, led by businessman Nikolai Matushevsky, which is also the Flacon design factory, and is now actively working on a new urban space - "". The first residents of Bryusov were the Artemy Lebedev Studio store, the Sito cafe, the Volna bar, the Physika showroom, the Jerusalem Bazar jewelry store, the Lamartis hand-bound bookshop, and the adidas Originals concept store.

However, already in September 2014, a couple of months after the opening, the new place had problems: a Rospotrebnadzor inspection ship. In particular, the department found unmarked equipment on the ship, while the ship did not have special tanks for recycling fluorescent lamps. For these and other reasons, the ship was considered unsafe for visitors and was closed until all the shortcomings were eliminated.

"Bryusov" his work in June 2015. This time there are about two dozen residents on it. Half of them are already familiar from the previous year, the rest are newcomers. In particular, a store for vapers, Babylon Vape Shop, a language school, Mypeople, a yoga studio, Yoga Boat, and a Mams & Paps cafe have appeared. In addition, techno parties began to be held on the ship, the most popular of which were Meduza.

In early April, it became known that “Bryusov” would close in mid-May, according to the prosecutor’s office, since it “operates in the format of an art center on water and is operated without a water use agreement,” which violates paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 11 of the Water Code Russian Federation. For this, the legal entity that owns the ship - Moscow Tourist Fleet OJSC - and the general director of the company must pay a fine of 50 and 10 thousand rubles, respectively.

The Bryusov administration said that from 2015 to 2017 it negotiated with the Moscow Department of Transport about the possibility of saving the project. As a result, it was not possible to reach an agreement - the authorities moved the ship from the Moscow River. The corresponding decision was approved by the Zamoskvoretsky court.

ABOUT future fate The ship has not yet been officially announced. It is only known that the ship will not be in its usual place after May 15. In order for the ship to pass under the bridges, its upper deck will most likely be cut off, but “maybe the government will come up with another method of transportation,” representatives of the space specify.

PLACE: ship "Valery Bryusov"

FUNCTIONS: trading platforms, educational projects, exhibitions, entertainment and sporting events

EXPLOITATION: passenger cruise ship "Valery Bryusov", built in Austria in 1984, since June 1993 it has been in operation as a rack-mounted vessel, as the art cluster began operating in 2014

RECONSTRUCTION: Reallogic Management Company

SQUARE: LAB - the center of the ship with an area of 120 square meters

Sundeck - deck area of 260 square meters

I have been on the ship from the very beginning, that is, for more than three years, and I rent a small cabin here, which I use as a studio. In the summer I play on the sunny deck as a full-time DJ.

The ship is the main reason why I ended up in Moscow in the first place. I studied music in St. Petersburg, then my studio there burned down - against the backdrop of these events, I freaked out and left the country, hung out in Germany, and when my visa expired, I returned. Six months before this, Lesha Kapitanova and I (Director of the ship "Bryusov". - Ed.) We were talking a little drunk, and he said: “In short, Kirill, we are seizing a ship in the center of Moscow, creating three event sites.” And after a little time they invited me to the opening of Bryusov.

So I got on the ship, played my first performance, and after that I wandered around here and went into one room - closed my eyes and imagined a bunch of my devices in it. Then I told Kapitanov that they didn’t have enough musical space on the ship. I returned to St. Petersburg, and the next day the director of the ship called me, offered that space for a studio and said: “We really need hands. In short, I’ll buy you a ticket to Moscow today?”

That's how I ended up on the ship. I help everyone here on the technical side, but I don’t receive a salary for this, but I am provided big discount for rent and I perform at parties; in the summer I play here on a regular basis. When I started writing music on the ship, my sound changed a lot. The ship sometimes rocks, and this was reflected in the groove of my music - a kind of rounded rocking appeared in the sound.

There are two completely different periods in the life of this place. Before the ship closed - the Old Testament and after - the New Testament. The entire core of the team was formed largely in the Old Testament, and the closure became a filter for the people. Those who were commercially minded immediately dropped out, but those who perceived the place as an art cluster returned, no matter what, and began to collaborate even more closely. In the Old Testament of “Bryusov” there were 50% of people from St. Petersburg, and they brought St. Petersburg romance here. There was a principle of human interaction here. Everyone knew in advance that the ship could be closed, but they continued to work here.

At first, the captain of the ship looked at us very suspiciously, because in the 90s there was a casino and cabins for hourly rental, but then he believed that we would create something completely different. I can imagine how sad it is to be the captain of a ship that doesn't sail.

This is the place where foreigners should be taken in Moscow, there were many tourists here, you can be proud of it. The ship hosted a lot of educational projects, taught DJing and music writing, and held festivals dedicated to fine arts, and all sorts of food markets. In addition to permanent residents, there were temporary activities here. In winter, life on Bryusov came to a standstill, traffic became less, but residents who stayed for the winter also had their rental rates reduced. There were also those who left before the cold weather, having worked for one season.

It is important to understand that now the prosecutor’s office’s claims are not against the Bryusov ship project - it is not our problem, but the owner of the ship. We are in Russia, so I am not very surprised by what is happening. This is Russian business, this is how it works, I encountered something similar in St. Petersburg. There was a place called “Quarter”, where some dudes in leather jackets with bats arrived and forcibly took the tenants outside.

For many people, this place became a kind of start; it added enthusiasm to them. Some of the projects are now moving to Khlebozavod, I don’t know about the rest. I heard such information that the upper deck of the ship is cut down and the ship is flooded so that it floats under the bridge. There is resentment that this could have been done at the end of the summer, and not before the start of the season.

Passersby they're afraid to come here they think the ship will set sail. Some they ask how much the tickets cost

Our project is four years old, but for three of them we worked only online. April 21 marked one year since we opened at Bryusov. But I decided to cancel the celebration because our story ends here.

I sell jewelry myself, I work from 12:00 to 20:00 six days a week. Two or three people work in the store at a time. Other sellers work two after two. On my day off I still come here.

We searched unusual place for the store because our jewelry is handmade and unique. The ship literally immediately captivated me - on the waves, romance. Nearby is the Tretyakov Gallery, in the summer before work I walked in Muzeon Park. Sometimes I would rent a hoverboard or Segway and ride it to lunch.

On the lower decks the motion is felt more strongly. I don’t get seasick, but at first, after a whole day in the store, I was swaying at home, especially in the shower. Although I didn’t have a goal to support the marine theme, I decided to make everything white, to keep more air and light in the design, so that it would be convenient to look at the decorations.

Tourists come here all the time, you feel like you’re in an aquarium. At the same time, many passers-by are afraid to enter, thinking that the ship will set sail. Some people ask how much tickets cost. Previously, I was also afraid to come here, it seemed to me that this was a restaurant or there was an entrance fee. When I finally stopped by, I was delighted: there were many creative workshops here, and I wanted to become a part of it. Working on a ship has status. Our store cooperates a lot with Europeans, and they are sincerely delighted when I tell them about the location of the store.

Diana Muzhanova

sales assistant at the Mouth to Mouth clothing store

I have been working at Mouth to Mouth on Bryusov for several months. Before that, she worked in chain stores in St. Petersburg, then moved to Moscow. I like that trade takes place on a ship, it’s unusual and interesting. Although if you take away the pitching, then this is an ordinary store with good view to the river. When the boats pass, you can feel the ship rocking. But I'm used to it, and it doesn't bother me much.

I work part-time from 12:00 to 21:00 two in two. In bad weather, 15–20 people come a day. On weekdays there are usually few people until five o'clock in the evening, and in the evening the action begins. There are a lot of people here on weekends, but I'm used to a large flow of people. Once every two months we are given a uniform, that is, we can choose clothes from the store’s assortment and keep them for ourselves.

I know almost all the store employees. At Lambada we hand out business cards, and the townspeople are surprised: many have not even heard of the Bryusov ship. Once we had an inspection here, serious guys were walking around, and the neighbors were fined. However, I learned about the closure of the place from the news. I'm sad, but I'll continue to work in the new place we're moving to.

If you open the windows and close eyes when a ship sails by, then you can imagine that you are at sea

I've been on the ship for two years now, and I fell in love with this place right away. My friends laugh at me, they say that I went to the Morflot. I work in a cafe and am here almost every day, especially in the summer. Sometimes I had to work for months without days off. Sometimes there are queues in the corridor, and in winter there is calm for clients. Then, in fact, one person copes here.

I made most of the cranes in the design myself. Some were made by guests who wanted to contribute to the place. I tell them: “Come visit your cranes, they are your children.” The gloomiest people smile at me. Those who are in a hurry stay to chat with us for three hours. Strength comes from their response.

It happens that in the summer everyone comes in and says that the weather is good, but you stand sweaty at the bar next to the coffee machine, and it makes you feel hot. But no best place for summer work. You can go out on deck to get some air, and life immediately becomes better. And if you open the windows and close your eyes when a ship floats past, you can imagine that you are at sea.

When the Meduza techno parties are held here, I stay until the early hours. Then I sleep for a few hours and go back to work. I also go to good movie screenings here.

There are interesting projects and people on the ship, so I'm not looking for anything on the outside. We are friends with other cafes and do not compete. When we run out of glasses, we go to the Greeks at “Sieve” or to the Mexicans at “Na Chili”. Everyone on the ship is part of the crew. There is a friendly atmosphere here; when we meet, everyone hugs and wishes each other a good day.

There have been talks about closing the ship since '14. But our pirate spirit did not allow this to happen; we always avoided problems. Now we are being deprived of our home. With the entire ship's crew, we are coming up with a grandiose program for everything May holidays. On May 6th we are hosting a shipwide party on the upper deck.

When a person is in shakes for the first time some they think that they will feel bad now, they grab their heads and hearts. But it doesn’t hurt to draw a muscleman

In April our school celebrated one year. She has been here all along. The ship is an amazing place, perfect for artistic activities, and we did a lot of plein air paintings on deck. I won’t be modest and say that our wardroom is one of the best rooms on the ship. We made renovations, changed the layout a little, but the most important thing is our original, fantastically beautiful ceiling.

We are engaged in education here on an ongoing basis. We work seven days a week. They put their soul, a lot of time and money into the business. The school employs two administrators and myself, all teachers are invited. I come here almost every day on work matters and get great pleasure when I see how the classroom is filled with interested students: unique place works very efficiently. I love coming here and relaxing on the couch in my free time, enjoying the amazing atmosphere.

At one time I was the head of the laboratory on the flagship of the space fleet. Therefore, the maritime theme is close to me, sometimes I feel nostalgic for those times. Some items in our studio reflect the romance of the ship. For example, we use small ropes to hang pictures.

When a person starts to sway for the first time, he thinks that he is feeling bad now, and grabs his head and heart. But it doesn’t hurt to draw a muscleman. We have a small seating area, and all stands are easily moved depending on what is taking place here: a lecture or a practical lesson. No matter which way you look, you can immediately draw city landscapes from life. In the summer we often hold plein airs on the deck. For several hours, we fence off the space with ribbons and draw. They wanted to resume them soon, but what happened happened.

Of course, the ship has shortcomings. For example, sometimes in the summer there are a lot of people. It happens that during a lecture a noisy disco starts on the upper deck. But there were no conflicts, we have friendly tenants, and we always meet each other halfway.

There's a great community here: mostly ours Russian brands and producers, small pleasant coffee shops. I love walking around the ship and talking to people. There is a pleasant youth environment here.

Renting on a ship is even cheaper than renting the same premises on neighboring streets. This is associated with risks: we were warned upon arrival that there was a problem with prolonging the contract. We will move to the former workshop of Pyotr Konchalovsky on Bolshaya Sadovaya. The premises there are smaller, so, of course, our school will be forced to reduce the number of courses.

"Valery Bryusov" - three-deck passenger ship with a rich past, having already served its time as a floating craft. It was once considered one of the most comfortable in Russia and carried tourists, including foreign ones, on cruises. Then it became a hotel and restaurant, as well as the world's first public platform for Moscow residents and city guests. But now the ship has left the capital and will be moored at the port of the city of Kimry. We will tell you about the history and past of this cruise ship below.

Building a ship

"Valery Bryusov" is a motor ship created by the Austrians. His homeland is the city of Korneuburg, at the shipyard of which he saw the light. The ship was built in 1985 and sold to Moscow river shipping company. True, there is some information that all these five were received as a “load” for other orders. After all, this project was planned back in the Soviet Union, and there were slightly different economic calculations. Initially, the ship was intended for tourist and cruise purposes. They named it in honor of the famous Russian poet Valery Bryusov. In those years, the ship was one of the highest quality and was built at a famous Austrian shipyard that specialized in such ships.

Project Q-065: what is it?

This was the name of the plan to build similar cruise ships. They were created in 1984-1986 in Austria specifically for Russian shipping companies. A total of five were built. They served the Moscow, Ob-Irtysh and Lena shipping companies. These are “Sergey Yesenin”, “Alexander Blok”, “Demyan Bedny”, “Mikhail Svetlov” and the motor ship “Valery Bryusov”. The ships of this project were the property of the Moscow and Lena tourist fleets. The project at that time was considered ultra-modern and was intended to serve the so-called “blue ring”.

"Valery Bryusov" during cruise operation: description of the ship

This ship, like all five of its brothers, can accommodate one hundred and eighty people. It was intended for internal river cruises. On its decks there were cabins designed for one, two and four people. Luxury rooms were also provided. All cabins had showers, toilets and sinks, as well as radio points. The suites had sofas, as well as refrigerators and televisions. "Valery Bryusov" is a motor ship, the equipment of which also included the provision of various services on board. Passengers had at their disposal: an ironing room, a cinema, a sauna, a dance floor, a bar and a restaurant for 80 people. The ship also had a salon with panoramic windows.

The ship was launched in 1985. Its length is 90 meters, width - 15. It can reach speeds of up to 22 km per hour, and its displacement was 1342 tons. The draft during navigation was a little more than one and a half meters.

"Valery Bryusov" (motor ship): route

The ship operated on tourist lines until 1991, and according to some sources, until 1992. He made walks and also cruises along the route Moscow - St. Petersburg. On this ship you could stroll along the rivers and lakes of the European part of Russia. There was a ship on the Volga, Oka, Neva, Kama, and Don. I walked along Lakes Ladoga, Onega and White. Cruise routes varied - from 1 (walking) to 22 days. The program included visits to ancient cities and cultural and historical centers of Russia - Ples, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Murom, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yaroslavl.

But the ship turned out to be economically unprofitable. The elite, handsome motor ship “Valery Bryusov” (photos from 1985-1989 testify to this) consumed too much fuel. Although its size was small and made it possible to travel along rivers, its services were abandoned after a few years. In addition to the financial problems, there were also repair issues. There was a shortage of spare parts of the required type in Russia. Austrian or German ones were in short supply, and replacements could not be found. In the end, it became easier to take the ships out of service. The only vessel of this type that is still used for its intended purpose in the European part of Russia is the Sergei Yesenin.

The ship after “retirement”

Since 1993, the ship was no longer used as a cruise ship. It did not change ownership, but became a floating hotel and restaurant on the Moscow River. His new address was a place not far from the Kremlin, the vernissage and the House of Artists: 10. The motor ship "Valery Bryusov" turned into a landing stage. It is interesting that in order to deliver the ship to the center of Moscow, it was specially prepared for this, and the river level was lowered so that the ship could pass under bridges. For the sake of the latter, the management of the shipping company even had to commit malfeasance. All were completed in 1994 necessary work to connect communications, and opened a hotel, restaurant and casino on board. A lot of money and work was invested in this business. But in the 2000s, many hotels were built in the capital and gambling was banned. The hotel became unprofitable, and its comfort standards did not meet modern requirements. In the end, its services were used only by budget tourists and students, and even then less and less. It was closed in 2009, and the restaurant in 2011.

Controversy over reconstruction

When the embankment began to be rebuilt, the ship caused numerous discussions among both architects and the public. There have been proposals to remove it from the river altogether. But since 2014, two companies - Dreamers United and Flacon - decided to make something special out of it. This concept considered the Valery Bryusov, which had outlived its tourist career but was still functional, photographs of which illustrate this article, as a new type of public space. Thematically and architecturally, it had to fit into a new style center of Moscow, and also become part of the nearby Muzeon park. This concept was approved by the city authorities and brought to life.

Public space

What was the motor ship "Valery Bryusov" like until recently? lecture hall, place for walking, shopping and training center? A little bit of everything. There were creative studios and a cinema hall, and almost every day different cultural programs. It can be said that this was the first example in the world of using a ship that is laid up in this way. Boutiques, a hair salon and a health food restaurant were on the main deck. On the lifeboat there are various bureaus, agencies, lecture halls and training centers. Above are workshops, fast food with Greek cuisine, as well as panoramic areas where cultural and festive events were held.

Current state

However, recently it turned out that the capital authorities decided to tow the ship from the Crimean embankment. This decision was made by the court, accusing the ship's owners of violating the Russian Water Code. All tenants of offices and public areas on the ship, according to the prosecutor's claim, which was satisfied, were required to leave its territory by May 27 of this year. Now the ship has given up mooring lines from the Crimean embankment for the first time in many years. This time, in order to conduct it under the bridges of the capital, the wheelhouse was dismantled. The ship was taken to the port of Kimry, where its status as a public space will be restored. But no longer in Moscow. There are some suggestions that the ship could be used again for cruising purposes, with new engines installed and repairs made. After all, this has already happened to ships that were laid up. Well, as they say, wait and see!

A new place of power and concentration of interesting events in the city. There will be a garden city, coworking space, event space, family restaurant, prof. program. lectures and seminars from residents.

Idea

The project is based on the idea of transforming the ship into a multifunctional public space, securely sewn into the fabric of modern Moscow and being an integral part of the creative and business industry of the central part of the city. In fact, it is the world's first cluster on water, a unique space for citizens in the heart of Moscow.

We create a place for creativity, business and recreation, which is organized on the principle of a professional community. Carefully taking into account an integrated approach to the formation of a community of residents, the logic of zoning office and public spaces, industrial and recreational areas ship, we together create its unique appearance and meaning.

A clear understanding of the structure of the cluster, the relationship between its functions, residents and their audience, close cooperation with adjacent institutions, modern design and correct positioning will give us the opportunity to create a solid product with a large share of practical and semantic benefit for the city and its citizens.

Place

The Bryusov ship is located on the Crimean embankment in the very center of Moscow. The embankment was restored and opened according to the project of the WowHouse bureau in October 2013, as part of common project for the reconstruction of the recreational and park area of the Moscow River and is the beginning of the united pedestrian line Muzeon - Gorky Park - Vorobyovy Gory.

The ship's mooring area is located in an accessible and comfortable place. Within a radius of one kilometer there are four metro stations: Kropotinskaya, Park Kultury, Polyanka, Oktyabrskaya, as well as the office block on Yakimanka, Muzeon Park, Central House of Artists - Tretyakov Gallery, Red October, Gorky Park.

Ample car parking is adjacent to Muzeon Park.

After the completion of the reconstruction of the Crimean embankment, this territory of Moscow can rightfully be considered a new place for active rest, cultural excursions, family and business meetings of Muscovites and city guests. Modern infrastructure, a wide program of urban activities, a relevant and fresh ideology - all this points to high potential.

Walking recently through Muzeon Park in Moscow, we decided to visit the widely advertised Ship Valery Bryusov. In Moscow there are a number of art clusters that are already known to Muscovites, such as: Winzavod, Design Factory Bottle and Artplay.

There are not many such “floating” art objects on the embankment where you can freely go, go shopping or just read a book on the sunny deck.

The Bryusov ship is a three-decker river ship, of Austrian origin (built in 1986), into which the organizers of the famous Design Factory Bottle. The world's first art cluster on water, Brusov Ship, as the organizers call the Brusov Ship, opened quite recently, in July 2014. In the dashing 90s, the ship had a floating restaurant, a casino, and cabins were rented out by the hour. But that’s all in the past; today, the Bryusov Ship should become a fashionable place among the creative crowd.
Externally, the boat has not changed much, but has only become prettier. So, thanks to the efforts of the St. Petersburg artist, some of its parts acquired a cheerful appearance.

So, we go inside along the ladder.

On the ground floor, visitors are greeted by a small reception desk. There are nice, friendly girls who work there. I can assume that they help visitors find their way.
The premises inside the ship are gradually filled with tenants. In general, it must be said that navigation on the ship is bad. There are no signs (but perhaps there will be when all the rooms are full). To find a cafe, you will have to go through all the floors.

So, there is already a shop of Artemy Lebedev familiar to everyone, an Adidas concept store, a men's hairdressing salon Briolin, and various designer shops. It is also worth noting the space for women, The Tub (hair salon and social club), where you can hang out and get organized.
It seems that in a couple of months this place will be quite cozy and youthful. But many rooms are not yet filled, garbage is visible through the doorways, etc.

There are now two cafes on board: a Greek cafe on one of the decks and the Volna bar on Solnechnaya Embankment, where you can order fresh juices, fruits and drinks. By the way, according to information from the organizers, there should be a secret monocafe somewhere here on the ship. We didn’t find it, maybe that’s why it’s secret?
All this reminds me of a certain shopping mall with a creative twist on the water where no one cares about you. To make a visit to the ship useful, you need to study the program of events, but more on that a little later.

Personally, I really enjoyed Sundeck. To get there, you need to climb the stairs to the very top.

WITH upper deck There are magnificent unusual views of Muzeon Park and the embankment.

At the very top of the ship, on the Sun Deck, it is very cozy, the floor is covered with wood. Yoga and dance classes are held here on weekdays. There is also a DJ pool upstairs, music is constantly playing. You can drink something non-alcoholic at the Volna bar.
There is also a lecture hall upstairs, which can also be used for film screenings. We didn’t go there, but I read about it in various sources.

The sun deck is covered with a tent like this, so the yogis or dancers who practice here will not be afraid of rain.

It is planned that the Bryusov Ship will host meetings of various interest clubs, interesting lectures, and educational events.
Through the sun deck you can go to the bow of the ship, from where you can enjoy excellent views of Red October and the sculpture of Peter the Great.

By the way, there is access to air on all decks.

In general, I would like to note the following:

1. If you intend to visit the Bruce Ship, then study the program of events. This can be done, for example, in the VKontakte group https://vk.com/brusovship, or on FB https://www.facebook.com/brusovship. Remember that if you accidentally wander in here unprepared, you might end up bored.
