The current schedule of trains Golovinka - Sochi includes 5 trains ( commuter trains, diesel engines) that connect these stations, among which there are morning, afternoon, and evening stations. We recommend the fastest train (suburban train), which departs at 11:56 a.m. from Golovinka station and arrives at Sochi station at 12:54 p.m. Pass. - Olympic Park, in this case, the trip will take 1 hour 6 meters. Between the stations Golovinka and Sochi, this electric train passes 10 stops. Among them are Cote d’Azur (07.10), Gorny Vozduh (07.41), on which it is possible to change trains to other directions. On this page you can always find out the schedule of electric trains Golovinka - Sochi, including the seasonal one, valid in summer and winter. Before planning a trip on the Golovinka Sochi route, first read the schedule on our website, and also check this schedule at the nearest station, as some operational changes are possible.
Tickets for the Golovinka - Sochi train can be purchased at the ticket office of the nearest station.

To accommodate vacationers, Golovinka offers mainly guest houses, mini-hotels and private housing. There are also several boarding houses and recreation centers, but rooms there must be purchased in advance. And upon arrival, it is better to check into small hotels or negotiate with the owners. Although the village stretches along the coast (with the exception of a small part that runs along the riverbed in the gorge), the terrain here is mountainous, and it is better to choose housing closer to the beach. Otherwise, you will have to get used to walking uphill a lot. Holidays in Golovinka at prices for 2019 should be positioned as a little more cheap option, compared to accommodation in Sochi. The average cost during the season starts from 600 rubles per person per day. If you want to live near the coastline (which is important when vacationing with children), then expect about another +20-30%.

How to get there

The village is located on a hilly plain formed by the mouth of the Shakhe River. To the center Sochi It's about 40 km from here. Nearest major resorts there are villages nearby Volkonka And Vardane. Between them in numerous gorges there are several small settlements, including Golovinka.

In order to get to the village, we can recommend the following options:

  • By railway. There is a railway station in the village itself, but trains long distance they don't stop there. You have to go either to Lazarevskaya, or until Loo(about the same distance from Golovinka), and then by train or bus to your destination;
  • by plane. Option one is to fly to Adler airport in Sochi, then move to the railway station Adler(or central in Sochi), and from there take the train to Golovinka;
  • by car. The international highway M25 passes directly through the village.

general information

By municipal standards, Golovinka is not independent locality, and one of the microdistricts of Greater Sochi, part of the Lazarevsky district. In addition to receiving vacationers, the village is responsible for supplying fresh water a significant part of Greater Sochi. At the local water intake from the Shakhe and Subashi rivers, the water is so clean that it is almost not chlorinated. Generally local natural landscape pretty unique. There are many rare tree species here, the most big river coastline, a system of multi-cascade waterfalls - and this is not a complete list of local riches.

Historically, the Adygs-Shapsugs lived in this territory for a long time. A settlement of the Autochthonous Circassians has still been preserved here. The village itself appeared on the map in 1839, when a fortification redoubt was built, called Golovinovsky Fort in honor of General Golovin, who at that time commanded the Caucasian Corps. Later the fortifications were destroyed and the village became completely civilian. Today, holidays in Golovinka are considered more family than youth. The local infrastructure does not have large entertainment centers. But it’s quite comfortable for children to relax here.

What to do on vacation

While on vacation in Golovinka, you have the opportunity to visit the surrounding area of the village and see a number of unique attractions. The symbol of the village local residents consider Tulip tree. This is a lyran, which was planted by General Raevsky back in 1840. It blooms twice a season and its flowers are shaped and reminiscent of tulips. The tree is almost 2.5 m in diameter and up to 30 m in height. In the upper reaches of the river Shah there are famous "33 waterfalls". This is a water cascade formed at the place of descent mountain river to the valley. 17 of the 33 sections of the cascade are considered accessible. The largest of the waterfalls is 20m high. 10 km from the village above the Zubova Shchel tract you can see a miracle of modern engineering - the most high bridge in Russia, whose height is 80 and length is almost 600 meters. So you won't have time to get bored there.

Beaches

Golovinka has several long and equipped beaches. But the approach to them is limited by the railway track, which is a little inconvenient. Central municipal beach has a length of no more than 100m, but a width from 30 to 80m. The beach is covered mainly with sand, and sometimes with small pebbles. In the area of this beach, the Shah River flows into the Black Sea, constantly renewing the water and purifying it. Another popular equipped beach is coastline at the sanatorium " Cote d'Azur" Here the width is less, up to 30m, but the beach is three times longer. Lifeguards are constantly on duty on the beach. Wild beaches stretched from Vardane to Volkonka, alternating with villages in the areas of Chemitokvadzhe, Yakornaya Zubova and Katkova gaps

Latest reviews about holidays in Golovinka

Review text:
Pros: We arrived at night, we were met by the manager Tatyana. We got a room on the first floor, farthest from the summer kitchen. We took a room with amenities. It is worth noting that our check-in was early, but there were no additional payments, thanks to Yulia. The guest house is designed in a modern style, the building is new, freshly renovated and new furniture, this was an important factor for us. Kitchen cooking is a song. There are all the dishes and in sufficient quantity. Everything is clean, everything is pleasant to touch. The kitchen has two refrigerators, plus a large refrigerator for drinks, two gas stoves, a bunch of drawers, four tables. In addition to our kitchen, there is another one on the territory, next to the house with amenities outside. It is even larger than ours, so even with a large number of guests, it will not be crowded here. The territory is large, everything is always kept clean by Tatyana. The location is convenient, away from the noise of cars. Nearby there is everything you need - a savings bank, Magnit, a market where you can buy fresh meat for barbecue and grill it, Pyaterochka. The road to the beach is not tiring, it takes 10-15 minutes. While you are walking, along the way you stop at shops for water, fruit, and at the grocery store, opposite the stop, there is delicious samsa. In general, the location of our guest house, was a big plus. I would like to say a big thank you to Tatyana, Yulia and Sergei for the warm welcome, for great holiday. Best place, I think it will be difficult to find, and why look if there is a Seasuit). Next year, if we are going to our south, then only here.
Cons: What are the disadvantages, what are you talking about)))

I would like to say a big thank you to Saida and Alik for their hospitality, kindness and comfort) We had a great time at the Liran Guest House, it’s a pity that it wasn’t enough. Very convenient location of the house, close to the sea, bus stops, shops, easy to get to with a child. The photo corresponds to reality. On the Lastochka we went to Sochi, Adler, Lazarevskoye, and Loo. We'll be back again, we miss you!

We rested in guest house"Sakhalin" in July 2108 with a family with 2 children! We drove to Golovinka for 4 days by car, we got to the place closer to night, the owners were waiting for us, met us, put us in an orange house, you leave the car on the territory! In the evening we didn’t really see anything, we only realized that we had a separate house with its own territory. And only in the morning we saw all the beauty around us, a large green area with everything growing there, a pond with turtles that were constantly hiding, frogs that sang their songs in the evenings and a mini-zoo with a huge number of guinea pigs! Everything corresponds to the photos posted on the site! No extraneous noise from cars, neighbors, left to your own devices! The houses have everything you need for living, 2 showers, one summer shower near each house and one shared with hot water! The Shakhe mountain river flows a 5-minute walk from the house, the road to the sea takes 20-30 minutes on foot, in the heat it’s certainly difficult with children, at first we walked, then we started driving). The owners of the estate are kind, friendly, they were always interested in whether we were satisfied with everything, advised where we could go in the surrounding area, what to see, and even organized washing for us in their washing machine, for which special thanks) They treated us to dogwood compote and local honey, did not make any comments even if The kids were noisy because our daughter was not used to washing in a summer shower and all this happened with screams. Hostess Irina even joked later that Paul couldn’t hear you today. They left and hugged! If you want a secluded holiday, without strangers around, in a beautiful green area, to breathe in the mountain air, then you should go to the Sakhalin estate (I think Irina will also tell you why at the house on Black Sea coast such an original name)
