Air traffic between Moscow and Cairo will open on February 1. The corresponding protocol was signed on Friday by the Ministers of Transport of Russia and Egypt Maxim and Sherif Fathi.

“We declare that air traffic between Moscow and Cairo has already been opened since February 1,” Fathi said at a ceremony in Moscow.

“This is the first step towards resuming air traffic between our countries, which will quite possibly allow us to begin flights to Cairo as early as February next year,” said Maxim Sokolov.

From the Egyptian side carry out regular flights to the capital of Egypt there will be Aeroflot from Russia.

However, tour operators took this news rather restrainedly: in order to relaunch the program of mass tourist tours, it is important to open air links with airports resort towns, no decision has been made on them yet.

“As for airports in resort towns— Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada, there is still something to work on here, this is a task for next year. We hope that our Egyptian colleagues will cope with this task,” Sokolov said

in an interview with the Rossiya-24 channel.

The fact that flights between Egyptian resorts and Russian cities will not be opened yet probably indicates concerns about the security of airports outside Cairo, the expert believes.

“This is very positive news, which the Russian tourism industry regards as the first step towards restoring this previously popular tourist destination, however, for now these will be individual programs for tourists ready for an internal flight or a long transfer from Cairo to the Red Sea resorts,” a representative of the tour operator TUI told Gazeta.Ru.

“For example, cruises on the Nile can be combined well with a flight to Cairo. Fully about package tours it will be possible to talk about Egyptian resorts for mass tourists only after the opening of communications and the launch of charter programs between Russian cities and the airports of Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada,” notes the publication’s interlocutor.

Earlier on Friday, Sokolov told reporters that

Aeroflot airline has already begun preparing a package of documents for the resumption of flights to Cairo airport.

“I have already personally spoken to the CEO about this,” he said. — It is necessary to (conclude) a whole series of contacts: with handling organizations, fuel and refueling complexes, to resume the work of the representative office. This work is already underway."

Vice President Yuri believes that the beginning of next year, the first quarter, is a very realistic time frame when resort destinations can be opened.

“Tour operators may well launch programs at resorts in Egypt within two weeks. Moreover, they do not need to retrain managers; they are tailored to the direction.

The agencies know Egypt and are waiting for sales,” Barzykin told Gazeta.Ru.

Previously CEO NTK Intourist noted that the opening of Egypt will increase the outbound tourist flow by 1.5 to 2 million people.

The official representative noted that Russian tour operators will do everything possible to organize and deliver programs in this direction.

“Right now it’s impossible to say that tourists will go to resorts, because it’s far away and expensive, and absolutely inconvenient - 6-7 hours from Cairo by bus,” says Barzykin. — If you are flying, it is much more convenient to fly through third countries: Turkey, Belarus. Tour operators will not form the flow this way.”

However, through third countries independent travelers have been flying to Egypt for a long time. According to the ticket portal Aviasales, the number of requests from Russia to Egypt increased by 57% over the year, even despite the fact that during this time the average ticket increased by a quarter. It's about about connecting flights, while the most convenient option currently offered is the Turkish low-cost airline Pegasus; flights with transfers in Rome and Vienna are slightly more expensive.

Currently the most cheap ticket from Moscow to Hurghada and back costs 16,224 rubles.

According to the OneTwoTrip service, sales of connecting air tickets from Russian cities to Egypt at the end of eleven months of 2017 increased by 30% compared to the same period in 2016. The minimum travel time from Moscow to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh is 7 hours, from St. Petersburg - 10 hours. The average cost of a round trip ticket purchased in 2017 was 25.5 thousand rubles.

“Tourists are not just waiting for Egypt, they are waiting for budget Egypt,”

- Barzykin emphasizes. However, according to him, even if resort destinations open, prices for trips will most likely be adjusted upward, because during this time fuel prices have increased by 30%.

Fuel is only one of the components of the tour cost; the final price of the package for a tourist will depend on the cost of accommodation, that is, on the pricing policy of the hotels, TUI points out.

Russia interrupted air traffic with Egypt in the fall of 2015, after a terrorist attack over Sinai resulted in the crash of a Russian plane flying from Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg. There were 217 on board Russian tourists and seven crew members. They all died.

The imminent opening of flights with Egypt was announced on December 11 following a meeting between the Russian President and Egyptian leader Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. Earlier, Russian experts gave a positive assessment of the second terminal of Cairo Airport in Egypt. It is planned that this particular terminal will be used for Russian flights.

It can be expected no earlier than April – this forecast was announced on Tuesday by the Egyptian media. The Egyptian Ministry of Aviation is indicated as the source of information. On this moment air travel between the capitals of Russia and Egypt is going through a long stage of coordination and preparation for the restoration of flights, and although they have been officially permitted since February, and their opening was expected from 20.02, neither Aeroflot nor Aeroflot are carrying out actual sales of air tickets. However, it should be noted that this did not come as a surprise to the tourism market; in general, real restoration of Egypt is expected here even later - when direct flights to and are allowed, and this is clearly not earlier than the end of the summer season.

At the same time, the Al-Iqtisadi publication claims that it plans to deal with the restoration of transportation in Egypt at the highest level. In particular, according to his statement, Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry instructed one of his assistants, who is flying to Moscow, to find out the true reasons for the suspension of the restoration of air traffic. However, according to Russian data from European diplomatic sources, the heads of the Egyptian and Russian Foreign Ministries recently held negotiations, as part of a meeting at a security conference in Munich, including on the issues of restoring tourism. And no “special” visits were needed.

Let us remind you that the decree on the restoration of air traffic with Egypt. At the same time, in the second paragraph of the decree, regarding restrictions on the sale of tours, the edited version states the following: “Refrain from selling to citizens tourism product, providing for air transportation (including commercial) of citizens from the territory Russian Federation to the territory of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with the exception of the city of Cairo."

In fact, a new version of the decree on “closing Egypt” was signed, that is, in the decree of November 8, 2015 No. 553 “On certain measures to ensure the national security of the Russian Federation and the protection of citizens of the Russian Federation from criminal and other illegal actions,” the transportation ban remained “for except for regular air transport in Cairo." And already on January 10, flights from Moscow to Cairo appeared on the online boards of Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports. The start of flights was announced on February 1, and then on February 20, but none of them actually took place yet.

Tour operators, in turn, were ready to launch programs from Cairo - for example, the TezTour company planned to offer combined programs, including an excursion part of Cairo or Alexandria, as well as a vacation in. As Larisa Akhanova, PR director of "TURPROM" told the correspondent of the TURPROM information group, they were talking about city breaks in Cairo or Alexandria, which is located on the shore Mediterranean Sea, in combination with beach holiday at the Red Sea resorts. “For those who will use the services of regular flights to Cairo, such tours will look like one or two nights in the capital of Egypt with a visit, which include, including the very first, after which the tourist can go on the Red Sea bus,” explained Larisa Akhanova .

However, despite all the preparedness of the tourism market, forecasts for Egypt were rather pessimistic. As experts noted, despite the fact that everything speaks about the imminent launch of the first flights to Cairo, no one has yet announced the exact dates, which means it can be assumed that there are still unresolved issues between Russia and Egypt. “At the moment, everything in Egypt is ready to welcome Russian tourists, but everything depends on the flight - tickets for Moscow-Cairo flights are still not on sale. That is, in order to talk about something specific, you need to wait for information about what date flights in the direction will begin. I can assume that there is something else that we don’t know about, since the Egyptian side itself was very interested in launching flights as quickly as possible,” emphasizes the head of the host company “” in Egypt.

At the same time, according to the expert, now everyone is only waiting for charters. “But according to the data I also receive from open sources, negotiations on this issue will take place only in April. Our Egyptian partners say that this is Russia's demand. Therefore, I don’t think that we can count on a full opening even in the summer. Most likely, this will happen only by the next winter season. But this is only an assumption,” concluded Mr. Zalivin.

On February 1st, the Afimall City shopping and entertainment center began its work new project from Dream Aero - a flight simulator of the famous Boeing-737NG airliner.
2

The flight simulator is built on the basis of a flight simulator, similar to those used to train professional pilots civil aviation. The purpose of such simulators is to accurately reproduce all aircraft control functions and real flight situations.

4

The flight simulator is installed on a dynamic platform. Thanks to it, the flight dynamics are reproduced in every detail. When accelerating and taking off, you can feel the unevenness of the concrete runway, lift-off and climb.

5

During the flight, the platform accurately processes the consequences of the actions performed and flight conditions (rolls, turbulence, etc.). Mobility is ensured by a powerful hydraulic system controlled by a computer. Thanks to the mobility of the cockpit, visualization and voice-over systems, a complete feeling of a real flight on a Boeing 737 is created.

7

Visitors, finding themselves in an exact replica of the cockpit of a Boeing 737NG aircraft, surrounded by instruments and controls that are completely identical to the real ones, have the opportunity to take the pilot’s seat and feel like the commander of a large passenger airliner.

8

All instruments display data corresponding to the flight mode and your actions.
Taking off, flying and landing on a flight simulator together with Dream Aero instructors is within the capabilities of anyone. Simulation of flights in difficult weather conditions or simulation of non-standard situations is possible for our trained guests.

Tyoma broadcast live, who watched?

11

Flight visualization on all routes fully corresponds to the real situation, specific terrain and flight mode. Computer memory contains real diagrams of a huge number of airports, their runways and local features. You can choose your own take-off and landing airport. For example, take off at Sheremetyevo, Charles de Gaulle or Heathrow airports, and land on the runway of Male Airport in the middle Indian Ocean.

13

Also, flight simulators can be used not only for active family vacation or organizing corporate events.
With their help, you can effectively combat such a fairly common phenomenon as Aerophobia. Flight simulators of this kind allow everything more people are happy to make not only virtual flights, but also real ones.

14

In the near future, Dream Aero plans to open several more flight simulators both in Russia and abroad, in particular, a new flight simulator in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi, will very soon begin to receive visitors.

Have you already started playing Battle for Azeroth and are wondering how to fly in BFA?Now we will try to tell you in detail how to open a flight.

As we are already accustomed to from previous additions, in order to be able to fly we will have to do an Achievement. Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part 1. It consists of several achievements that must be completed to receive bonuses, namely PIncreased mounted movement speed in Kul Tiras and Zandalar by 20 percent.

This achievement consists of several others. Let's talk in detail about each of them.

Explorer Battle for Azeroth

This achievement is given for exploring all locations in the current expansion, both Horde territory and ALLIANCE zones.

On Horde territory it will be

And on the territory of the Alliance we will need to explore

This will not be so easy, especially in war mode on enemy territory. Therefore, keep this in mind and disable it when completing this achievement if you want to do it quickly)

Azerothian diplomat

Here we will need to achieve the favor of the factions of our locations

For the ALLIANCE we will need Revered factions

  1. 7th Legion

For the Horde, these will be slightly different factions with which you will also need to achieve the Revered reputation in order to get this Achievement

  1. Zandalari Empire
  2. Talanji Expedition
  3. Army of Honor

We will most likely have to gain reputation by completing tasks that are quite simple and will help us level up to level 120. At 120, we will have access to local quests with which we will also raise reputation points. Also, every day, like in the Legion, World Tasks will be given to complete 4 quests for certain factions, as a reward for which you will receive a chest and 1500 reputation.

Contracts also appeared in the Inscription. When used, you will be given a buff that will give you an additional 10 reputation points for any local quest. This will greatly help us achieve a certain reputation as quickly as possible. There are contracts for all factions.

Local Celebrity

Everything is quite simple here. We will need to complete 100 world quests. As we already said, they will appear when you reach level 120. As always, they will be quite simple and the only difficulty in this achievement is their number. Although, again, we will most likely complete this point before many others, because having reached 120, we will do a bunch of locals to get both useful and new gear and to get hold of other useful things and gold.

Completing story quest chains

Here we will have to complete all the story chains of quests that will be given to us.

For the ALLIANCE, we will need to make the Kul-tourist achievement, which includes 3 zones, each of which has a chain along which the plot will lead us. So try to do them all.

  • If the drust turned out to be a drust

For the Horde, naturally, this will be its own storyline, which we will have to complete in our 3 locations. But it will differ from the ALLIANCE in the presence of some more achievements that will be needed for the main achievement Long live Zandalar! where you will need to complete the scenario and make one more additional chain.
