The processing of personal data is carried out by the Agent and his authorized representatives (Tour Operator and direct service providers) for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement (including, depending on the terms of the agreement, for the purpose of processing travel documents, booking rooms in accommodation facilities and with carriers, transferring data to the consulate of a foreign state, resolving claims issues when they arise, submitting information to authorized government bodies (including at the request of courts and internal affairs bodies)).

I hereby give my consent to the Agent and Tour Operator to send me emails/information messages to the email address and/or mobile phone number I have provided.

I hereby confirm that I have the authority to provide personal data of the persons specified in the Application, and undertake the obligation to reimburse the Agent for any costs associated with my lack of appropriate authority, including losses associated with sanctions of inspection authorities.

Rest was on new year holidays from December 31, 2019 to January 7, 2020, the hotel is not operating at full capacity. Very poor room cleaning. We booked a hotel for a trip from December 31st for 6 nights. This hotel you can see with different names - fun&sun panthea waterpark 4*, panthea village 4*, panthea holiday village waterpark 4*. This is all one hotel, look at the address. Cons: - The hotel is old, although they are trying to renovate it for the season, but the musty smell in the rooms (especially the lower floor), in the lobby, and in the indoor pool area is simply terrible. - there is no room cleaning. For 7 days our room was not cleaned, the trash was not taken out, the towels were not changed. We asked for several days to change our room (from the 1st floor to the 2nd). On the 3rd day we moved. And that was the only day we checked into a clean room. - nutrition. Breakfast is very poor. Dinner the first 2 days was delicious, although the choice was small. The rest of the days I had to choose something,because the dishes were half-cooked or, on the contrary, overcooked/overcooked. There are few fruits (tangerines, apples, bananas), if there were any, you need to grab them in time. The dishes had to be chosen - dirty and chipped... - indoor pool. Small and not deep (0.7 meters). But in view of the unsanitary conditions we saw in other places, we didn’t even dare to go there. - beach. There is no normal entrance to the sea. The seating of guests took a whole hour (People stood in line), and those who came the earliest sat at empty tables and waited for others to be seated. 3. Then everyone went for food. I’ll start with the fact that I’m a travel agent and I’ve been to a lot of places, lived like in budget hotels, and in very expensive ones. I will write my review exclusively about the hotel because I don’t understand why most hotel reviews begin with long stories about flights, screaming children at the airport or a guide who “sniffs” excursions, because this in no way reflects the level and quality of the hotel itself. So, Panthea is a 4* hotel, which corresponds to its star rating, the hotel is located on main street Ayia Napa - Nissi Avenue on the second coastline, but there is a vacant lot in front of the hotel, so there are categories of rooms that offer sea views. Near the hotel there are a lot of shops, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, and an amusement park. There is a beautiful promenade on the sea, along which you can walk to the very center of Ayia in 10 minutesNapa. The hotel has a large water park, a heated pool and open pool- all is clear. The area is well-groomed, green, at the end of the season it is noticeable that new palm trees have been planted. There is a mini club Tukan, animation, evening shows. The rooms are renovated, clean, snow-white bed, good plumbing. The room has air conditioning and flat screen TV. kettle, hairdryer (adapter required), cups, safe - for an additional fee according to the hotel concept! on the first floor there is a terrace, on the second floor there are large balconies on which there are a table and two chairs, and a clothes dryer. The rooms are bright, the furniture is not shabby. Satisfied with the cleaning. If you have half board, like me, then take the trouble to ask what you are entitled to and don’t need to shout that the hotel has limited tea for dinner, because in this food system drinks for dinner, even water, are not included in the price! and your travel agent should tell you about this! Arrived on November 28, left on December 4. We checked in immediately upon arrival, the receptionist doesn’t speak Russian, but they try to understand my clumsy English and the most interesting thing is that they always understand! Large, not for everybody. The bed sheets were snow-white, of good quality; they changed them for us 3 times in a week. There were green wool blankets. Blue beach towels are issued at the reception for a deposit of 4 euros and cost 2.5 euros per day if you hand them in for washing. For a deposit of 3 euros you can take an adapter. Wi-Fi is free throughout the entire territory, our room was 1804 behind the pool, there were no problems with the Internet, but sometimes we had to enter the password again. There is a safe in the room, it was not specified whether it is paid or free. On the balcony there are 3 chairs, a table, and a drying rack for swimsuits. On the 1st floor there is an open balcony, without fencing. On the 2nd floor the balconies have no roof, as is clear from the photo. The territory is well-groomed, hibiscus and bougainvillea are blooming, 3 cats live on the territory, on the canteen there is a sign asking not to feed the cats, they have special food. The cats are luxurious, well-fed, lazy and calm. I’m a travel agent, but when I went to the hotel, I didn’t write or ask anyone for anything)). The tour cost 500 euros for two with breakfast + dinner. If you go to the left of the hotel along the coastline, the first one will be the beach of the Pier Anne Hotel, it is also rocky and they have made a new pontoon with 3 launches into the water. Another 10 minutes walk to the left and you can reach Limanaki Beach, it is behind the Ayia Napa marina. In the summer it will be hot to walk along the embankment with children; the path is excellent, made for pedestrians and cyclists. Near the hotel there is an amusement park and its own water park. In November, of course, nothing worked. The hotel has the concept of a Toucan club and children play here and hold mini-discos. People played table tennis and billiards. I chose the hotel, knowing that I would be on excursions all day, the sea in November is +22, for me the water is cold, although the people were not actively swimming, they were swimming. Planning a vacation for fairy island Cyprus, we have a question: where will we live? We considered many options, from budget 50,000 (it turns out there are such things) to 150,000. Taking a very cheap hotel could mean that we risk ruining our vacation, and there was no point in taking an expensive hotel, because we planned to travel around the island, and not sit in a hotel.

In the end, our choice fell on Panthea Holiday Village Waterpark 4* - which is not a very new and therefore not very expensive hotel, but with fairly good food. This hotel is aimed at family holiday and holidays with small children.

From the sea, yes, but from the beach no (((In order to get to the nearest beaches you will have to go out into the city onto the street (you won’t be able to walk along the coast, there is construction on both sides) and walk about 10 minutes. This inconvenience did not bother us, we love to walk, but for those who vacation with small children this can become a problem.

The hotel consists of small bungalow-type houses with 7-8 rooms each.

147 rooms: 79 studios and 78 one-room apartments.

I usually try to choose hotels with the option of staying in bungalows - they seem much more comfortable to me than large hotel buildings.

The territory itself is quite large and well-groomed, but some shortcomings are still visible.

In the center of the hotel there is an outdoor swimming pool with a gentle slope (very convenient for children). There is also an indoor pool, but we didn't use it.

WI-FI on site free, the reception in the lobby is quite good, on the territory and in the room it is tolerable.

The hotel has a fairly large private parking, which was a definite plus for us, because... we rented a car.

The rooms at Panthea Holiday Village are quite spacious, but old, well-worn, so to speak.

Each room has either a balcony or a terrace with a table and chairs (yay! not plastic).

Despite the fact that the room was on the 1st floor, there were no cockroaches or other living creatures.

Our room was in a bungalow not far from the water park, it was always quiet and peaceful, but in the rooms overlooking the pool, I don’t think it would be so peaceful.

When checking into the hotel (I don’t know whether fortunately or unfortunately), the rooms are already assigned to the guests. So 20 euros for a good room doesn’t seem to work. And I don’t think that Panthea Holiday Village has rooms that are worth such an extra charge.

Nutrition:

We had all-inclusive food, meals according to this concept are not much more expensive than breakfast + dinner, but having lunch in cafes every day is quite expensive tourist city Ayia Napa would be very expensive (on average from 30 euros for two).

Restaurants, bars:

The Okeanos indoor restaurant offers a rich selection of national and international cuisine, Cypriot wines;

In general, you won't go hungry.


Lunches and dinners were approximately the same, with the exception that there was soup for lunch, and for dinner they periodically tried to prepare a menu of different national cuisines(we found Italian, Mexican and Asian).

For lunch and dinner there was always poultry, meat, fish, pasta, potatoes, cereals, lots of salads and stewed vegetables, everything tasty and well cooked.







Snacks served at the bar behind the Sailor’s pool - you could fill yourself up with these “snacks” - the portions were simply huge. You order from the menu - the menu includes pizza, two types of pasta, hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, etc.

The main restaurant is equipped four coffee machines like Nespresso, which you could prepare for yourself different kinds coffee and hot chocolate. The coffee is of fairly good quality.

From soft drinks there was water and powdered juices a la Yupi and Zuko, it was a little disappointing.

Alcoholic drinks as everywhere else - dry white and red wine, beer, locally produced alcohol (we should pay tribute to the quality here), and a variety of cocktails.


Near the hotel.

Panthea Holiday Village can be considered more of a city hotel than a beach hotel; the hotel is located a little further from one of the walking and shopping streets, Nissi Avenue - there are many shops and cafes on it.

Near the hotel there is Lunapark Parko Paliatso.

The cheapest one is located 5 minutes walk away Incredible Universe store- everything is much cheaper here, wine, food, edible souvenirs (oils, honey, sweets, spices, olives) and various little things. Store address Nissi Avenue, Agia Napa, 5330, Cyprus.

Not far from Ayia Napa there is the beautiful Cape Cavo Greco - a natural attraction of Cyprus, which I highly recommend you visit.

General impression.

Overall, we liked the hotel, but the downsides are the old rooms and the relative distance from the beaches. Well, it’s as if we knew where we were going, and there was no point in taking an expensive new hotel with beautiful rooms and the same level of food (and the overpayment would have been about 30,000 rubles, and this is for a city hotel), when we only spent the night in the room .

So if you are planning to spend your vacation at Panthea Holiday Village, then we recommend this to those who are not bothered by old rooms and walking.
