Traveling “savages” is an opportunity to completely break away from the usual centrifuge of city life, get a boost of energy for the whole next year and, at the same time, save a lot. It is best to go to this heavenly place either in May or at the end of August, when heatwave does not turn your vacation into torture, but you can still (or already) swim.

Which Crimean corner to choose for a “walking” holiday in 2015, and what should be provided for?

Preparing for a wild holiday in Crimea without a car - what will you need?

If you are traveling to Crimea on foot, then when packing your bags, first of all, we throw away everything unnecessary. You should take only the essentials with you on your trip. And we will tell you what may be useful.

Equipment:

  • Backpack (+ case for it). For a child - no more than 30-40 liters, for a girl - no more than 70 liters, for a man - about 80 liters. Choose a modern, comfortable backpack with an anatomical shape. Remember: the weight of a filled backpack should be no more than 30% of your weight!
  • Tent. The ideal option is 2-layer, lightweight, frame, up to 2.5 kg.
  • Sleeping bag. We also take a lightweight version; insulated ones are not needed at this time of year.
  • Karemat (approx. heat-insulating mat). He is indispensable when traveling. And also a “seat” made of the same material to sit on the stones.
  • Raincoat with hood. It’s better to take a poncho to cover both yourself and your backpack in the rain.

Cloth:

  • Shoes. Take comfortable, well-worn shoes – mountain boots or sneakers with tread. Going on such a trip in new shoes is a big mistake. And light sandals (flip flops) - for relaxing at sea.
  • Windbreaker with hood.
  • Lightweight sweatpants that dry quickly and are easy to ventilate. Jeans are not recommended! We also take comfortable shorts.
  • Jumper or fleece shirt + long sleeve T-shirt + tank top.
  • Thermal socks + regular socks.
  • Change of underwear + swimsuit (swimming trunks).
  • Bandana or cap (you can wear a Panama hat).

You will also need:

  • Sunscreen. It is necessary. And s/s glasses.
  • For personal hygiene (without fanaticism!) - a small towel, soap and paper, a pack of wet and regular wipes, a brush and toothpaste.
  • Dishes. Among the utensils, a folding knife, a bowl/mug and a spoon will definitely come in handy. Choose lightweight dishes made of thin metal. You can also take plastic forks/spoons. Corkscrew and can opener. A bowler hat if you are traveling in a group.
  • Flashlight. This is also a mandatory item. The ideal option is LED, head-mounted to leave your hands free - it burns longer than usual and is much lighter in weight. Plus an additional light source - a hand-held flashlight, in a sealed case.
  • Plastic flask. You can use a regular plastic bottle up to 2 liters.
  • Camera. Don’t carry tripods/lenses with you – it’s heavy and inconvenient. Take a regular digital point-and-shoot camera.
  • Rechargeable batteries and batteries (for flashlights, cameras).
  • Compass (wouldn't hurt).

  • Matches (2 boxes), lighters, dry fuel in tablets (9-15g). If you plan to cook often, take a gasoline stove or mini-cylinders with a gas burner. This will be more convenient than lighting fires (especially since you can’t light them everywhere), and food will cook faster.
  • Detailed map of Crimea. Plus, satellite images of the area of your route, printed in advance, will not hurt.
  • Insect repellents (mosquitoes, ticks).

First aid kit:

  • Bandages, cotton wool and plasters are a must.
  • Iodine, hydrogen peroxide.
  • For poisoning – activated carbon.
  • Asterisk (from mosquitoes).
  • Analgesics.
  • Medicines for your chronic illnesses.
  • Allergy medications, just in case you need them (suprastin, zirek, claritin, etc.).

Products:

  • Salt, sugar.
  • Coffee and tea.
  • Water. Do not take more than 2-3 liters on the road. And in advance, find and print a list of points with springs that can be found along your route.
  • Cookies, sweets.
  • Oatmeal.
  • A couple of cans of canned food.

In Crimea there are plenty of shops and markets, kebab houses and cafes where you can buy food or have a snack. Therefore, it makes no sense to carry extra provisions with you. Fruits are inexpensive by the end of August, so there will be no problems with vitamins either.

What to be afraid of in Crimea?

  • Wild boars

In principle, rarely anyone sees them, but if you suddenly come across a “group” of wild boars or, even worse, a mother boar with a litter, then it’s better to sit out on a tree.

  • Wild dogs

These animals, gathered in a hungry flock, can be extremely dangerous. Buy a repeller, just in case. There are a lot of wild dogs in Crimea. Those with ear tags in cities are mostly harmless, but outside cities...

  • Scolopendra

This insect (approx. brown “centipede” about 10-15 cm long) is one of the most dangerous. For a healthy adult, a meeting with her will end with a fever and severe pain, but a child after such a “meeting” will have to immediately look for a doctor. Be carefull! The South Coast has the most such surprises. During the day they hide under pebbles.

  • Ticks

Encephalitic individuals are not found here very often, but it is better not to risk it. However, the activity of ticks in Crimea is extremely high - from May to October, even in cities, dozens of them are removed from themselves and dogs. Use special tools and regularly inspect yourself for their presence. It is advisable to get vaccinated 1-1.5 months before travel.

  • Karakurt

These poisonous insects are among the most dangerous on the peninsula. Black, large (sometimes as big as a palm), smooth. They are not common, but whoever is warned... If you are bitten, see a doctor immediately!

  • Tarantulas

Also rare. If you are bitten, burn the bitten area (so that the poison is thermally decomposed), and consult a doctor.

  • Phalanx

A very mobile biting spider, although not poisonous. When attacked, it squeaks. Rarely seen.

  • Snakes

The worst thing is the encounter with the steppe viper. When such a meeting occurs, immediately take an antiallergic medicine and see a doctor. A tourniquet cannot be applied.

However, there is no need to panic. Rarely a vacationer can “boast” of meeting these creatures (except that the centipede appears more often than others).

It's also worth remembering...

  • Poisonous plants - hogweed, aconite, holocolumnar ash

You can get burned by these plants. You should not eat berries if you are not sure that they are edible. The safest is dogwood, there is a lot of it here (quenches thirst and is good for health).

  • Stormy days

Winds in Crimea can be very strong. And if there are also rains and thunderstorms, look for a parking place. It is strictly not recommended to walk by the sea during a storm and move around mountain roads in the rain. Is it dangerous.

  • Water

If you are not sure of its purity, boil it. Or buy it in a store. You can buy water cheaply from special vending machines in cities (1 liter costs 2.5 rubles). And do not eat unknown foods on the beaches (shrimp in cups, pies, etc.). Protect yourself from food poisoning; during the holiday season, the number of victims increases significantly.

  • Overnight

Places in the ravines are not suitable for spending the night (it’s cold!). Avoid grottoes and canyons for overnight stays. Look for a place where there is less chance of meeting snakes/insects, where you will not be washed away by a stream of water from the mountains (from a sudden downpour), where you will not get colds in your kidneys at the height of the velvet season.

  • Rockfalls

You should also be wary of them if you dare to move through the mountains. No less dangerous are scattered stones underfoot in the rain. If the weather worsens, look for a safe parking spot or go into the valley.

Well, one last thing. Drive better company, in which there will be enough strong men and brave women. It will be more fun, more practical and safer. Look for travel companions you trust in advance.

Choosing a route for a savage holiday in Crimea

We depart from Feodosia to Cape Meganom.

Route:

  • Feodosia - starting point

There are many sights that are worth seeing - from the Tower of Constantine to the Aivazovsky Museum.

  • Cape Ilya (we go around)

From here you can see the entire Feodosia Bay - a fantastically beautiful place.

  • Double anchor bay

We move to the village, along the way exploring huge slabs of blue clay, amazing landscapes, capers growing along the paths, and other beauties. There you can also choose a place for a short stop and rest.

  • Ordzhonikidze

A town where there is no wind and mosquitoes. Here you can stock up on food/water, eat barbecue, swim and relax before the next “thrown march”.

  • To Koktebel from Ordzhonikidze we go along the bays - downhill (it’s easier and more comfortable to walk this way)

If you wish, you can climb Mount Dzhan-Kutaran, but going through it is dangerous - collapsed paths, scree, clayey places.

  • Koktebel

You won’t be able to anchor in the city of the “blue peaks”, but you can “comb” it a nice place a must - embankments, pebble beaches, Voloshin Museum, etc. But parking with a tent can be organized in Quiet Bay. Tip: weigh down the tent mounts with buried bottles of sand - you never know when a storm will hit.

  • Karadag

This volcano and nature reserve is not to be missed! You won’t get there alone, so look for a guide in advance for a sea excursion (Golden Gate, volcanic rocks and grottoes, dolphins, bays and gorges, mineral veins, etc.).

It is better to go to it bypassing Karadag, exactly between the highway and the border of the reserve. You can go along the highway - this path will be more difficult and hot, but there you will come across a spring near the bridge over a tributary of the Otuzka River. There is also a spring on the walking path - Frog. We go to the pedestrian path along the Shchebetovka-Kurortnoye highway. 3 kilometers to the sea and the same to Fox Bay. In Kurortny you can again refresh yourself and stock up on food.

  • Fox Bay

There will be no problems with places to set up a tent, although the place is extremely popular. But there are problems with water. Look for it in the springs on Echki-Dag (3 springs, 15-20 minutes from the shore). Firewood is also a problem, so a primus wouldn't hurt. There is also a market, cafe, barbecue, etc. Stock up on food!

  • From Fox Bay towards Meganom We also go downhill - to Pribrezhny through Sunny Valley. Here again we stop, rest and replenish supplies.
  • Cape Meganom

A place with crazy energy, shrouded in legends about UFOs and ghosts - one of the best to forget about the bustle of the city. This is where we pitch the tent. What to see here: “elevator shaft”, anchor cemetery, lighthouse, “windmills”, Shiva temple, spring. Don't forget to check out the divers' paradise - there is an amazing underwater world here.

If you have some strength left and you are not pressed for time, then you can get to Sudak and the New World. And from there you take a bus to Sudak and through Feodosia - on a train home.

Greetings, friends!

I am sure that there are still people who like to disrupt the usual course of life in reinforced concrete boxes and go to Crimea to live close to nature. Pitch a tent under the rustle of the waves, boil a battle bucket for buckwheat and spend the evenings admiring the sea.

This is a good decision. You can travel light and hitchhike. You can equip your favorite car and send it to the wild Crimean coast. There are more than enough advantages:

  • own rhythm of rest
  • cheap living expenses
  • full contact with sea water
  • bright contrast to everyday life

Previously, going as a savage to Crimea with a tent was not a problem at all. Put the car on the handbrake, the children in the tent, the wife behind the firewood, and you sit and control everything. Beauty!

But today, questions have arisen regarding wild life. Fines, threats and restrictions that are traumatic for the psyche.

What and how we will figure it out in this article, and also raise the issue of legal sludge places tourist places before raiding venerable landmarks.

The most important advantage of being a savage , with a tent and on your own transport - visiting secluded places, away from city noise, endless bustle and polluted air.

If this is your first trip, make sure you have camping gear, a portable charger, and personal gear in advance.

Think through everything down to the smallest detail in case of bad weather, possible illnesses and financial unexpected expenses. Be sure to replenish your first aid kit and take a couple of warm and waterproof clothes in reserve.

Even if you are counting on warm Crimean nights or sweet sleep in the car, a sleeping bag will never hurt. Moreover, modern materials are very light, and when rolled up it does not take up much space.

When choosing a route or a specific point where you can spend your vacation, consider the distance from settlements, desolation, climatic conditions, terrain and road surface condition.

Most tourists want to be on the coast. A beautiful landscape, food over a fire, a gentle sea - what more do you need? Let's see where we can go. But first, let's decide what options for tent camping there are.

Outdoor recreation in your own car

Today this is the most common type of recreation, due to the fact that today a car in a family is not only a means of transportation, but also a home. Many people can’t even imagine a vacation without their favorite car, where there is a charger, comfort from rainy nights, and a storage area for the spare tire. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, headlights and means of evacuation in one bottle.

It is difficult to refuse such support on a foreign shore.

The problem can be solved as two times two. Mark a parking spot on the map, rush there as a horde in one or more cars and start relaxing.

In 2019, this type of recreation has come to an end in Crimea.

Article 65 or stand and be afraid

Article 65 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation states ominously: “The use of the coastal protective strip of a water body, the water protection zone of a water body, in violation of restrictions on economic and other activities - entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 3,000 - 4,500 rubles.”

It seems like it’s not to our liking, right? Well, what other economic activity can there be if the kids and I swim here and dry our swimming trunks in a tent. But! Read on.

Within the boundaries of water protection zones the following are prohibited: ... 4) movement and parking Vehicle with the exception of their movement on roads and parking on roads and in specially equipped places with hard surfaces.

And a little higher it will be about the water protection zone 500m from the sea and at least 50m from the river.

What conclusions can be drawn? That now the practice of “where I want, I’ll spend the night” doesn’t work.

What to do?

How can one keep the law and swim in the sea?

Let's look at what options there are for campers with a tent.

  1. Choose a car camping for your holiday. I think that this law was introduced specifically so that all the disparate flows would now gather at nodal points. Today there are few official campsites - only 10. I wrote about them going to Crimea.
  2. Choose either an asphalt road to park your car, such as in Parkovoy, or places equipped for parking, such as in Quiet Bay. Everything is according to the law.
  3. In principle, you can leave your car in the parking lot of the nearest hotel or house local residents. For example, in Sevastopol next to the 35th battery there is a gorgeous place “ Blue Bay" But parking is now illegal. But there is Villa Magnolia nearby, where you can negotiate parking.
  4. You stop at your own risk, but not in popular places, like in Sevastopol or on the Saki-Evpatoria highway. It is better to choose places away from the centers of civilization. And it’s even better to do this not in July and August, when raids are rampant.

Camping with your own tent

The second option for tourists is a more active group of people, ready for daily marches and moving in short queues between the main attractions off the roads and city amenities.

This is already more like wild tourism and there have always been a lot of fans of such holidays in Crimea.

What now with this type of recreation? This also has its own nuances, and the name “nature reserve” can become an obstacle against the backdrop of unity with nature.

Name nature reserves you can look at the photo above and full list find out on this page on the Internet - apdks.ru/?p=2672.

Everything is not that bad, but you won’t be able to party like before.

  • First of all, you will get great pleasure from interesting routes and new acquaintances;
  • secondly, information from experienced trackers will help you develop your routes and avoid unnecessary fines.

You can choose the appropriate route on the Turnado website.

Procedure for visiting environmentally protected areas of Crimea

Well, first of all, that's all for now nature protection zones Crimea is free, but a new law allows you to charge for Additional services. So, we'll have to wait and see, but it's quite possible that both the mountains and the trails may become subject to toll fees.

Secondly, in the event of a fire danger, state-protected areas may be closed to visitors. Keep this in mind.

So, a reminder for all the “savages” and tent campers of Crimea. What does the law prohibit within the protected zone:

  1. Lighting fires outside designated areas
  2. Harvest wood
  3. Movement of vehicles outside established routes
  4. Herding pets
  5. Hunting
  6. Pollution of the territory with garbage
  7. Any activity that causes damage to flora and fauna

Where to get knowledge?

Most of the websites about Crimea are now replete with outdated information. If earlier the relevance of an article was calculated in years, now, at most, in months.

Everything flows, everything changes, and in Crimea these processes have been accelerated several times. Today you are enjoying nature on your porch, and tomorrow a “conservation zone” has already been declared outside your doorstep.

In order not to get lost in the whirlpool of events and to always have reliable data at hand, I recommend the official website of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea - mtur.rk.gov.ru .

Surprisingly, the site is not poorly put together and you can find a lot of useful and, most importantly, relevant information there. Do not miss!

Here are 2 more useful sites for you:

  • Management of specially protected natural areas of the Republic of Crimea - http://ooptrk.ru
  • Yalta Mountain Forest Reserve - http://yglpz.umi.ru

After we have dealt with all the nuances and restrictions, let's see where else you can pitch a tent in Crimea.

Laspi Bay

Location: South Coast, 40 km from the city of Yalta.

The wild beaches of this wonderful place have long been favored by autotourists. There is even an organized tourist base, providing tourists with tents and awnings. Nearby you can find a cafe with hot meals, showers, and toilets.

Well, if you want privacy, you can always find a quiet corner. But don’t forget that this is a protected area, and foresters who come across you can give a lecture about the rules of conduct. Sometimes you have to pay a little to ensure that you can enjoy your holiday in complete peace.

The campsite itself is located just below the Dolphin recreation center.

Cape Sarych

Location: 30 km from Sevastopol.

The road itself leaves a vivid impression. Vineyards, orchards, green hills flash by; you will meet a lake and mountains along the way. Soon a dizzying serpentine road will begin, around one of the turns of which a sign with a sign will appear.

Near the sea itself there are both free-standing tents scattered in shady places and a recreation center. Here you will have to pay for parking, but you can have a delicious lunch, take a shower, and get amenities close to civilization. This is a very inexpensive campsite. And then you can go away from people, not forgetting to take plenty of drinking water with you.

The beaches here are rocky, difficult to pass, pebbly in places, and comfortable. But the places are incredibly picturesque, quiet and uncrowded.

In general, in Crimea, in particular by 2016, there were a lot of campsites with good conditions for wild recreation. Can only be used as an overnight stay. It’s also convenient that they are located near populated areas; you can arrange an excursion at any time if you get tired of lying around on the beach.

But there is also something to see in the surrounding area: mountain landscapes, winding paths, old lighthouses, caves.

Zelenogorye

Location: 30 km from Sudak.

A real paradise. A combination of mountains, forest cover and seascapes.

And, although there is a boarding house and good base recreation with wooden houses, and entertainment activities, the most beautiful, best and secluded places are available only to “savages”.

For tourists accustomed to Crimean landscapes, this place will seem unusual. Where else can you swim in the sea, lake and waterfall, go fishing and climb a mountain in one day? Nature preserves the harmony of an untouched corner here; the life of the few inhabitants flows calmly and measuredly.

Sevastopol — Evpatoria

If walking doesn’t tire you, and you travel with a tent on your back, but without a car, then all paths are open to you.

Many wild beaches are hidden in small bays in the vicinity of Sevastopol. You can find comfortable, clean and secluded places. But the coast of Evpatoria, beckoning with its sandy beaches and shallow, warm sea, almost everything is loved by tourists.

The coastline of Saki - Evpatoria (not developed), starting from June, is completely covered with assorted tent floors. People here live for weeks as a large, but not always friendly, family.

The most popular places for wild recreation, which never cease to win new fans, are Cape Tarkhankut, Fiolent, Ai-ya, Chameleon and the adjacent coast.

Here are born incredible photos sunsets and sunrises, deserted beaches in a foggy haze, emerald forests and bizarre rock sculptures.

Pros and cons of traveling by car and on foot

Overall plus – saving the home (family) budget. Even if you stay at a campsite or recreation center, you will not be able to spend as much as it costs to relax in a boarding house on a well-maintained beach.

You are not tied to one place, and you can change your location without loss.

Well, the cons – a test of strength by bad weather, the absence of such familiar and comfortable things as the Internet and TV, and often mobile communications.

Possible emergency situations: poisoning, attack by wild animals (dogs, foxes), insect infestation, etc. And prices for drinking water and food far from populated areas may be inflated.

But can anything stop a traveler, adventure lover and connoisseur of beautiful moments?

Personally, I have already bought myself for future trips backpack Novatour 80 V2. I dug through a bunch of information and realized that, as a beginner, this is the best option. I haven’t been to the mountains yet, but I showed off in the apartment. I like))

If you are interested in the topic of wild recreation, then pay attention to.

I wish you all the best, see you soon!

Tired of the dusty gray metropolis? Do you want to radically change your life during your vacation and are you ready to give up the usual benefits of civilization? Then a wild holiday in Crimea is what you need! This is an opportunity to exchange boring office clothes for jeans and sneakers, fast food for porridge or kebabs cooked over a real fire, watching boring TV series for intimate conversations accompanied by the singing of cicadas and the gentle whisper of the waves. A savage holiday in Crimea may seem extreme for “indigenous” city residents, but in fact a more comfortable place for tourists than our peninsula cannot be found.

1) Holidays in Crimea by car are quite popular, so you will find dozens of prepared parking lots where you will be offered comfortable accommodation conditions for very reasonable prices.

2) The peninsula cannot be called isolated from civilization: just spend literally half an hour or an hour by car, and large shops, pharmacies, hospitals, etc. are at your service.

3) Wild holidays in Crimea are very comfortable due to the climate: in the summer months, cold nights, rain, and frosts are rare.

4) There are many sources of water on the peninsula, especially in the mountains. The mountains themselves are not high, so even a physically unprepared person can cope with on foot. It's easy to find well-developed walking routes, even special tourist cards are sold.

Holidays in Crimea by car: who is this option suitable for?

Let’s say right away: despite the fact that the parking lots are well equipped, families with small children should refrain from vacationing in Crimea like a savage. It's not so much a matter of convenience as it is the need to keep an eye on the kids so that they don't fall off rocks, climb into the water, or eat poisonous berries.

But for adults who want to see as many sights as possible and visit different beaches of the peninsula, a holiday in Crimea by car is perfect. It will be nice to travel in the company of friends: renting an apartment or house for a large number of people would be extremely expensive, but in many places you can stay in tents for free.

“Extreme” wild holidays in Crimea and camping

If you drive along South Coast in the summer, you can easily find dozens of wild tourists who chose to relax in Crimea in tents instead of hotels or apartments. Many people simply set up camp at their favorite spot on the coast. Tourists feel especially at ease on sandy beaches. east coast peninsulas - the wide coastline allows you to stay away from other vacationers.

One of the advantages of this type of accommodation is real isolation from civilization and privacy. In addition, this kind of wild holiday in Crimea can be called the cheapest - in fact, the cost is only for gasoline, food and water. Let’s say right away: civilian campsites are mainly located on the coast, so if you are interested in a wild holiday in the Crimea in the mountains, you will have to rely on your own strength.

But people who are accustomed to greater amenities can choose equipped parking lots. They differ very much in terms of equipment: there are real tent cities where you can rent a tent with a sleeping bag, order lunch or dinner, use a bio-toilet, shower, charge your phone and even connect to the Internet. In other places you will only be offered sewerage, water and garbage collection. Prices will also differ significantly, but even the most expensive campsite will be significantly cheaper than renting an apartment, so a vacation in Crimea by car will always be economical.

An option for the most demanding vacationers is equipped houses. Such a vacation in Crimea can hardly be called wild: beds, electricity, toilet, shower - all included. However, for those traveling by car, stopping at the recreation center will be a pleasant respite between “wild” stops, an opportunity to charge their phones and put things in order.

Where can you arrange a savage holiday in Crimea?

We are going to Crimea in the summer of 2019 with a tent (by car or without)! A selection of places where you can stay for a wild holiday by the sea - secluded beaches and organized campsites. Travel tips.

There are many campsites with tents in Crimea, some prefer complete privacy and real wild holidays, others are organized campsites with a minimum set of amenities. Let's try to list the most popular places for a savage to relax with a tent in Crimea - of course, there are many more of them, and theoretically you can pitch a tent anywhere.

Where to relax in Crimea with a tent in 2019?

Mysovoye

If you are going to Crimea with a tent by car, we advise you to pay attention to the village of Mysovoe - reviews from tourists about it are very good. It is located near the Feodosia-Kerch highway, if you go in the direction of Kerch, at Cape Kazantip. This place on the Azov Sea is ideal for a secluded holiday: White sand, very quiet and sparsely populated, the silence is broken only by the cry of seagulls and the splash of waves. According to tourists, you can catch gobies here almost with your bare hands. The sea is shallow and very warm; to swim, an adult needs to move 30-50 meters away from the shore. IN Tatar Bay You can go kite and windsurfing. You can also stay in neighboring Shchelkino.

Quiet Bay

A very beautiful bay with a sandy beach and springs with healing clay, which you can smear with absolutely free. It takes 40 minutes to walk to Koktebel. If you travel by car from Feodosia, you need to turn off at the stele and drive another 10-15 minutes along the dirt road. This was once a favorite place for Soviet filmmakers; now it houses a spontaneous tent city(free) and several cafes.

Fox Bay

Fox Bay is one of the most popular places for relaxing with a tent in Crimea. Famous place recreation for informals and nudists - a kind of Crimean Goa. Drinking water– in the springs on Echki-Dag, it takes about 20 minutes to climb from the shore. There is a small market, several toilets and many cafes - the local Piccadilly. The supply of provisions can be replenished in the villages nearby; some locals bring food themselves.

Camping in Alushta

An option for a “semi-wild” holiday, because the tent camp “Vympel” is located within the city limits. Due to its favorable location, it is well suited for tourists without a car. The camp is located in a forest area, not far from the Sudak ring - the exit from Alushta towards Sudak and the bus stop. There is water, electricity, shower, toilet, dining room, kitchen and security. A tent, sleeping bag and other equipment can be rented for 150-200 rubles per day. Disadvantage: the sea is far away. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk through the Primorsky Park to the city beach.

Laspi Bay

Laspi Bay is securely covered by mountains, and juniper thickets grow on the shore. From the east - Cape Sarych, from the west - Aya. This place in the Balaklava region of Crimea has long been popular among wild campers with tents, because the water here is warm and clean. In 2015, there was no longer a paid campsite with toilets and showers in the bay; people stayed with tents on their own. There is paid camping near Cape Sarych. Near Laspi Bay there is a village of the same name, where you can replenish food and water supplies. The disadvantage of relaxing in Laspi Bay is the somewhat tedious descent to the sea.

Orlovka

You can get here by car from Sevastopol or from Simferopol, following in the direction of Kacha and further to Orlovka. Beautiful sand beach, the village has shops and cafes. With a tent you can pitch anywhere, some prefer right on the seashore. It is better to take firewood with you. A company of the same campers is guaranteed - savages love to come here to relax.

Belyaus

Wild white sand beaches stretch almost 10 km along coastline. People rest here only in tents; there are no boarding houses or private sector. There is a quite decent camping site “Viking”, but tourists complain that the prices there are a bit high, although the service is good.

Olenevka

If you drive to the westernmost point of Crimea, you will find amazing landscapes and great opportunities for camping. Olenevka is considered a center of wild recreation on Cape Tarkhankut. It's a quiet place with perfect clear water And . True, it is very open and without greenery, but you can catch fish and crabs. Tourists relax in the wilderness with tents or in a campsite near the village. The campsite has all the conditions: electricity, shower, toilet, wi-fi. In the village you can rent bicycles and explore the surrounding area, as well as go diving and book excursions.

Secluded holiday in a tent or car camping - which is better?

Not all campsites by the sea leave a positive impression. They are equipped differently, sometimes the amenities of civilization, proudly called showers, toilets and a dining room, only vaguely resemble those. But there are also pleasant exceptions; in good campsites, for a modest amount of 150 to 350 rubles per day per person, you can get all the above amenities. These are campsites in Belyaus, Evpatoria, Kanaka, Alushta and Rybachye.

According to reviews from tourists who camped in Crimea, the second unfavorable factor is that there is always a risk of ending up with a cheerful group of neighbors, and then unceasing music at night amid alcoholic libations is guaranteed. Of course, such a vacation is also good in its own way, but it is not suitable for everyone.

A secluded holiday with a tent in Crimea is the cheapest; you will only have to spend money on gasoline and food, but it is not the best option from a safety point of view. Although it is difficult to find a completely deserted place on the peninsula. Many set up an impromptu camp in a place they like on the seashore or in the mountains.

When going to Crimea on vacation with a tent in 2019, you should take into account that you will have to take a lot of things with you. Certainly, Crimean coast– this is not the wilderness, civilization is still nearby, but you can’t run over every little thing. So, in their reviews of holidays in Crimea with tents, tourists advise:

  1. Be sure to take personal hygiene items and toiletries, towels, a pair of swimsuits, several sets of clothes and shoes, and a sun hat. It is not always possible to wash and dry things, and you will need a supply of clothes in case of bad weather. Warm clothes and long-sleeve sweaters will come in handy; it is always a little colder in the mountains, especially at night. If you plan to hike in the mountains, you will need a backpack and comfortable closed shoes with non-slip soles.
  1. First aid kit. Required - remedies for mosquitoes, burns, cuts, bites, etc.
  1. Tent, sleeping bags or air beds with blankets, tent mounts. In some places it is very windy, so you need to secure the tent properly. If your seating area is very open, you will need an awning or umbrella to create shade. Gas burner for cooking, camp furniture and utensils, flashlight and extra batteries, threads, needles, glue.
  1. Supply of provisions and water. From products, take only what does not require storage in the refrigerator - cereals, canned food, for children - dry cookies without filling, condensed milk, candies, nuts and dried fruits.
  1. There are no predatory animals in Crimea, but there are insects and snakes. The most dangerous spiders for human life are karakurts and scolopendra centipedes; there are also ticks. Even harmless fish can cause trouble - the sea ruffe and the sea dragon can be painfully pierced by their spines and cause inflammation; jellyfish are not safe if their mucus accidentally gets into your eyes. There is no need to try unknown berries or pick plants, some of them are highly poisonous. It is better to study in advance which plants and animals can be dangerous.
  1. Vigilance will not hurt anywhere; even in sparsely populated places no one is safe from theft. According to reviews, most of such cases are recorded in the suburbs of Sevastopol and the abode of nudists and informals - in Fox Bay.

Wild holidays in Crimea have a lot of advantages. Firstly, such a vacation is educational and very economical. Secondly, without having the chance to complain about the lack of air conditioning and poor service in the hotel, the tourist gets more pleasure from outdoor recreation. But there are also disadvantages, and the most important one is related to the lack of usual amenities and the right choice of place to relax. However, for a car traveler this is not a problem; I didn’t like it - I took off and went to look for another place.

For autotourists, the reference point is the village of Steregushchee, located 8 km from the beach. The right bank is flatter, the water here is always warmer, and the sea is calmer. On the left side there are high waves and stormy winds. Since the bay is shallow, swimming season here it starts a couple of weeks earlier than in other places.
